We had a great time at regency. Staff were pleasant enough and attentive to help with any need. With a large amount of facilities and space we could wonder the grounds at our leisure. Good parking for rent a car. It's twenty minutes from Tunis far enough to get away but close enough to get in for some city shopping and sightseeing. We were close to some cafés for lunch. Overall we loved our stay. We lived the hotel for its room space and comfort. Well worth investing to stay here!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel en couple. Il y a plusieurs restaurants tous très bons il y’a également où nous pouvons nous détendre. Le soir. Le spa avec tous les services, hammam, sauna, etc. et une piscine couverte agréable pour l’hiver .Le personnel est aux petits soins. Je recommande cet hôtel. À très bientôt, et merci encore

L'hôtel est prestigieux, grand, presque impressionnant mais certains aspects sont critiques. Nous avions fait notre réservation avec paiement pat CB. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'accueil, le réceptionniste a tenté (choses qui arrivent régulièrement dans les hôtels à Tunis) de nous faire croire que la réservation n'était pas passée et nous a donc proposé de nous louer une chambre au tarif normal, soit entre 250 et 300 tnd (entre 120 et 150€) alors que nous avions payé 95€ sur le site. Après avoir menacé de faire une réclamation et avoir fait croire que je contactais la direction de l'hôtel, comme par magie, tout est rentré dans l'ordre!m en 5mn! Je n'ai même pas eu à redonner ma CB, preuve que la chambre était réservé et payée! Après en avoir parlé à un agent de sécurité au détour d'une promenade dans l'hôtel, celui-ci m'a confirmé que dans les cas comme celui-ci, les réceptionnistes tentent de faire croire à une "réservation ratée" pour empocher la différence. Quand ça marche, ils remontent à leur direction qu'ils ont bien appliqué le tarif web au client et gardent la différence pour eux!! Bref, c'est indigne d'un hôtel qui se prétend 5 étoiles.

Nach Tunis sind es ca. 30-45 Minuten. Zum Flughafen 25 Minuten. Große Zimmer, komfortabel, am Meer. Im Winter ist kaum etwas los. In der unmittelbaren Gegend ist nichts weiter, außer anderen Hotels.

من اسوء الفنادق التي أقمت بها من كافة الامور الخدمة سيئة جدا لا تجدم نفسك كانك بخمس نجوم والنظافة معدومة صراصير وحشرات ونمل وعناكب بالغرفة ووسخ وكله موثق ومصور اضافة الى سوء معاملة الموظفين خصوصا اللي على التفتيش الليلي اسوء شخص في الكون ممكن تحطوه بيك مكان ولا يوجد اَي مرفقات مفعمه بالفندق ويستحيل انزل فيه مره ثانية بؤ بدّي انام بالشارع

The treatment of the reception staff is bad, they forced us to take three rooms instead of two, and left us for an hour of waiting. The general shape of the hotel cannot be five stars, it can only be two stars.
