    A very nice place to sleep for a few days. The room was basic, very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I had a look at the the breakfast in the morning and promptly wished I had selected that option. It was much better than most Thai hotels. Well worth the extra.

    A nice place to stay in n Lampang. Fairly close to the center of town. Nice breakfast. Good WiFi. I thought the pillows were too hard. And in my room there was an 8” step to the toilet. Could be dangerous in the middle of the night.

    Affordable room with conveniences nearby”

    The Regent is an older building, but they keep the rooms well maintained. The breakfast in the morning has a basic, but good selection of food at this price level. There is a 7/11 and Lotus Express in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient if you need something. Plus this attracts food sellers in front of these shops. Located on a major road in the city. It is easy to get anywhere if you have a car or motorbike, but it might be far from the town center for people without transport. Internet is a very fast and seems stable.

    Nice Hotel”

    Nice and quiet hotel. Simpel rooms and basic breakfast but fine for the price. The staff is very nice and helpfull. The location is a bit far from towncenter so without your own wheels the is a lot of walking.

    Uncomfortable pillows, very noisy aircon!”

    Terrible pillows, and a very noisy aircon did not make for a good sleep, it was horrible. I stayed for two nights, no housekeeping, only two bottles of water were left at the door. Very nice staff at check-in, otherwise staff were not very friendly. On the second evening, parking was a nightmare, I had to find a parking spot in the street. Close to a 7/11 and Tesco Fresh, which was nice.

    Old and dated”

    The hotel is very old and dated. The bathroom smells like sewage so we had to keep the door closed at night. The paint of the hotel exterior is in need of a face lift. The breakfast buffet offers limited food options. Not a good value. We stayed for a night and it was okay. Not sure how this hotel received such decent ratings on Agoda.
