Excellent as ever ”
I have used Q apartments for a number of years and I don't recall ever leaving a review but everything that they do from the staff in the customer service centre to the quality of the accomodation is quite simply First Class. Due to the nature of my work I always book very last minute and am never surprised when I see they are nearly always full. Having stayed in probably 20 or more of their apartments and there is not one I wouldn't be perfectly happy to call home.

Nice apartment ”
The apartment was much more than I expected spacious and neat and very clean apart from one section in the bathroom that had been missed. The downsides were 1. No mugs for tea I could not find a mug anywhere. No recycling bin so I left my recycling on the side. 2. If you come from the countryside you won't sleep a wink because it's just too noisy. I don't think ear plugs would of done anything for me. Great cafe next door for morning and shops near by for dinner.

Nice apartment in good location”
The entrance to the building was discouraging, after struggling to locate it. But after entering the building the and the apartment I was surprised with its clean and efficient facilities. Don't expect a lobby or a reception desk for check in and out. I received a code for the front door and to the key safe. The kitchen was fully equipped and they have everything that you need - even USB socket and TV with screen mirroring. The property is near a big supermarket (Waitrose) and the tube station (Finchley Road) and in a very convenient location. Highly recommended.

Very good”
We stayed in Q Apartment/apartment no 20 Keys: not mentioned that were are two separate locks to the main door. No duplicate keys for two individuals. We got locked out. Telephone helpline for Q APTS: Not satisfactory since probably no communication between the staff of two shifts. We were locked out for more than 2 hours; we called the guest service helpline, but the message wasn't conveyed to the concerned person hence delaying our entry inside. False Fire Alarm: caused us to stay awake through the night. Air Conditioner exhaust surprisingly was inside the apartment!! We realised this when the apt was hot. Barring the above, our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. We would certainly recommend this property.

Decent stay but pricey”
Overall stay is good but the kitchen utensils are not complete whereby there is no chopping board and all knifes are unusable. As for the shower, there weren’t much of hot water provided so we had to bathe quickly

I hate to write a bad review but I’m disappointed in our stay. Very clean but no wifi & super noisy!”
We stay all over the world and I love writing great reviews. Unfortunately, I can’t for this one. We checked easily but had to provide lots of security/confidential info (photos of credit cards, etc) to get the passcode to enter — even though we had paid in full in advance. The location is on a very busy, noisy street. We heard traffic all night long. The wifi access didn’t work and when I emailed the host about it, he only got back to me once we had checked out. As we were going to the airport the next day, I had to access my data and phone plan to do our online check in, etc. Also the air conditioning/fan made the apartment hotter as it blew hot air out the back and cold out the front. The apartment was 10 degrees hotter than it was outside (in the summer in London, that’s not what you want). On a plus, the location was convenient with a lovely cafe with outdoor garden two doors down. The place was super clean and had a full kitchen, dishwasher, bath & shower. The host was friendly.

Disappointing and terrible customer service”
I booked the apartment for my sister in law and niece and nephew. I was asked while booking what time they would be arriving and was allowed to select a time. We choose 1-2pm as they arrived in London at 12. On arrival I couldn't enter the building and rang the company only to be told I had to wait until 4 until we could enter. The lady on the phone was unapologetic and seemed rude. She justified the mix up by saying they were a big company and couldn't chase everything up. After 2 1/2 hours waiting with 2 small children we were then beyond disappointment with the apartment. It is tiny compared to the one we had booked and a completely different lay out and look. Slightly grubby, marks on the walls and floors, no toilet paper in the bathroom, bin in the kitchen and towel rail have marks all over them, toaster and kettle are grubby, sofa bed set up in the front room but no curtains to block out the light. Frustrating ”
Booked for a 10-day-stay at malborough house(finchley road NW3). was informed the change of location 48hrs before check-in. Then was told it's either I take the alternative flat or get a refund. But with such short notice, It felt like I was left with no choice but to accept the despite the flat being super distant from my original option. Upon arrival, all facilities that require electricity were unplugged: from Wi-Fi router, TV to fridge. The welcome tablet that holds all the info about the flat was out of battery too. thus I had no access to all the instructions of all appliances. Had to figure out everything by myself then to find out the Wi-Fi didn't work, hair dryer was missing and some other inventories too. Emailed the 24hrs helpdesk and didn't get response till next day. After numerous emails and helpful staffs everything was fixed after 3 DAYS. The whole experience was frustrating. I was forced to accept a flat I didn't want and it wasn't even ready to receive guests.

My booking at Regents Park One Apartments from 15 June to 16 June 2019 was confirmed and complete with Agoda price guarantee on 10 June 2019. I went to the location with all my luggage together with my family. Could not find the apartments so we had to call the number appearing in the Apps. The receptionist informed us no vacancy and we were transferred to another place. We asked her why this sudden change, then she said had informed me by email on 13 June 2019. Who will read email during the travelling? Just image how troublesome to look for a new place with all the luggage in a city you are not familiar with!!! The receptionist did not offer any help for the new location. Finally, we spent more than 2 hours to reach there!!!! Questions to AGODA management: 1) Before the confirmation, have checked the availability? 2) If knowing no vacancy in Regents Park One Apartments, I may not do my booking at all!!! 3) Why took 3 days to inform nonavailability, even through email?

Excellent”
Apartment at a strategic area, close to many cafes, restaurant and shops. Convenient to get into central London with the Finchley Road underground station a stone throw away. Was worried at first of the noise from all the other reviews but this isn't a real problem once fallen asleep. Only a few hiccups at first, less one number for the code into building so had to wait around in the cold around 10 minutes until someone got back to me with the correct code. Also, the living room was a little cold as the window in Apartment 8 did not shut properly. I slept in the guest bed in the living room, and therefore had been cold overnight due to the freezing temperature we had this week. Apart from that, I will give this place a 5 star from a cleanliness and style point of view. Everything in the apartment was of a high standard. Looks like it has been recently decorated. I will recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Regent's Park One. Although it was a bit strange for us to not have a reception or immediate point of contact, the hotel entrance was quite easy to find thanks to the detailed email we received from the bookings team. We did wonder about security as it was a bit worrying that only a pass code was needed to enter the premises, but we had no negative experiences at all. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that I had double checked with the hotel if it was okay that we were 4 adults. The Agoda page mentioned that there were 2 bedrooms - 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed. Unfortunately the sofa bed was just a sofa, which we were okay with until we were informed that no extra blankets or pillows will be provided for our 4th guest, unless we paid a ridiculous fee equivalent to the price of an extra head. This was rather distressing as our friend had to freeze through the night without a blanket or even an extra sheet to cover himself with. There were also no extra items like toilet paper which we were okay with as we only stayed for 4 days. Apart from that, our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the living room made us want to stay in rather than explore the city! Would definitely stay here again if the rate is discounted.

Initially had a few issues with the entry code, but the support team is available 24 hours a day. The apartment is extremely clean. The location has wonderful. If you're staying in the Camden area this spot is amazing. It is a bit noisy as I don't think the windows are double glazed other than that I would highly recommend this place and would stay here in the future.

On entering the apartment we found it clean and equipped with modern quantity appliances. Being close to Finchley Road tube station made transport easy. The supermarket across the road was great for meals . If we come back to London we will stay here again.

Waitross supermarket is just opposite the apartment, Finchley station is just crossing the road, The room is very tidy and comfortable. The bathroom with the bathtub is very clean. The room provides everything I need: Full equipped kitchen, Washing machine, Dish washing machine,........... I definitely recommended this place and will go back again.

Nicely appointed apartment in very convenient location near Finchley Road Underground Station. No staff on site. Wouldn't allow access unless I sent a photocopy of my credit card and photo id, which I thought was not ideal, but otherwise v happy and would use them again.

Perfect location ”
Pros, right next to finchley road tube station, modern apartment with lovely bathroom and kitchen, everything you need (even a dolce gusto coffee machine, so remember to take some coffee pods) hair dryer, iron. Cons, No double glazing! so if you want total silence then definitely not for you. But we found the road traffic passable with a 10 and 7 year old.

Good location, some small frustrations”
All the pros are to do with external factors, and all the cons to do with the running of the 'hotel' so make of that what you will. It's a great location, with some fantastic restaurants around, and handily located for the tube and the buses. The apartment itself was nice, clean and the mattress was comfortable, the kitchen surprisingly well supplied. Cons: There are no staff, which means there is literally nobody on site to help in any way, shape or form. One guy in an office somewhere is your only contact. Forget checking in early - you'll be emailed a door code (if you're lucky, before 4pm). The main door is tucked away down an alley off the main road, past all the bins. Neither bedside light worked, one other lamp made such a loud buzzing we couldn't keep it on, and the pillows were absolute crap. There are two thermostats, both of which seem to be aspirational rather than functional. If you're going to put a pod coffee machine in, supply more than two pods.

Great location with nearest Underground station 3 min walk away, surrounded by plenty eateries and supermarkets. Apartment unit is superbly furnished and well equipped. Only downside is traffic noise, otherwise highly recommended to family with kids.

Clean, well located but street noise ”
We spent 8 nights in the property. The place is clean and has new fittings. The place is locatednext to Finchley road station and bus stops. It is walking distance to a Waitrose, Sainsbury's, movie halls, shops, Hampstead, Kilburn and West Hampstead. We were bothered a lot by the traffic noise. The bed had one fitting missing which made the mattress sag. Had it not been for the noise, the property would have been perfect. The property has no staff. The instructions were a bit incomplete and forgot to mention that the door to the property is on Goldhurst Terrace while the address of the property is on Finchley Road.
