the staff were really helpful and friendly! hotel is clean and comfortable. but the location is far from city center and there is nothing much around. but hotel staff can guide you and assist with hiring taxi.
Pros: service was great, location good and the nearby mall has all one could need. Cons: hotel is located on the upper floors of a commercial building, which means one has to go up to come down..and vice versa. Didn't have power outlet converters and an daily internet(only if u need more bandwidth) fee seems rather ridiculous for a $3-400/night hotel.
Overall, the hotel met expectations. the staff were very good and always willing to help. However, the facilities seem a bit worn down. I would stay there again due to the overall value.
Almaty Hotel is situated in a fabulous location, directly across the road from The Opera House and at the end of the pedestrian walkway. Shops, restaurants and a bus route from the airport are all within easy walking distance.
It was my first time visit at Almaty as Transit.And,this hotel was great choice for me! All staff were very kind and warming!! Also,the place and room was perfect! I could walk around to see the town and had great time! Thank you for everything and I will look foward to seeing on someday again :)

A good and clean hostel, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, nice atmosphere that you can easily make friends there! The only cons is there is quite a distance from hostel to city centre, but still a walkable distance and you and easily take a bus. I really enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely come again if I visit Almaty next time!

The apartment is big and spacious. Plus, it is very clean. We can do our own cooking. We love it. Although it is not situated in city centre, the parks, green bazaar and Abay Metro are all within 15 - 30 minutes' walk. Thanks Erken for offering a free service of driving us to the airport .

Excellent communication on how to access apartment. Extremely clean and well appointed with great facilities. Location right next to airport so brilliant if you need to be close or like us if you have a car and don't mind where you stay.

I had an 11 hr layover in Almaty and did. It want to spend the entire time at the airport. This was a little out of the way 30 min taxi one way. For the money there was nothing special about what I expected. Dinner was nice and the staff was very friendly.
