Stayed for one night. Very nice hotel, almost a 5 star hotel. Good value for money, although over 7k, due to nice ambience, facilities, location etc. Very professional service. But trouble with wifi in the room (they said it was not working that day). Very good restaurant. Right in middle of the Kaziranga forest. Good spa facilities. But they will not guarantee any safari for you, they leave it to your luck. So if you want to be sure of the safari, better organise from somewhere else - even ringing these people in advance isn't going to help.

Very friendly, helpful staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice big TV, separate bath and shower, nice views (I was upgraded from a Superior to Deluxe room). Would definitely return to this hotel. The restaurant and food options are phenomenal. Only thing I would recommend is to improve the towels in the bathroom. The quality of the towels are not in keeping with a five star property.

It was a great stay out here in the resort. Quite unexpected to our imagination. It is set in the backdrop of the plantations and the forest and everything here is sure to mesmerise you. The steep road leading to the reception is an adventure in itself. Once inside, you'll feel the retreat coming to you. Small lakes, animal rides and ducks and fishes will surely set your heart free. Food is great but the pool needs to be a tad bit cleaner. The rooms will give you an authentic feeling of jungle.We enjoyed our stay extensively.

CONS: Firstly, I arrived late for check-in around 10 pm. So, thinking we could be easily fooled, we are given a normal Standard Room whereas our booking was confirmed and paid for a Deluxe Room. But then we finally got the booked Deluxe Room after argument. Secondly, the property falsely specifies that it has Wifi all throughout. No wifi was there in our room. Thirdly, there's no 24 hr room service as they mention all over. You have to request a lot to get even Ice freezed. Fourthly, they say you have free breakfast. But, they will just let you order 1 item (aloo paratha or poori sabzi or chole bhatura and an omelette). They say the breakfast is only 1 item per person. FIFTHLY, we took an extra bed for an extra person in our room. But that extra folding bed placed in our room was of no use. It was a mere folding bed without any mattress on it. So it was like sleeping on a rock bed. PROS: We were allowed late checkout by 2 hrs. Room view was good for Room 101.

Great Hospitality and assistance provided by all the staff at the hotel. We had multiple issues during our stay - My friend was extremely ill during our entire stay, so we were more or less confined to our room; there was a strange crackling sound from the switch panel in our room that couldn't be fixed at that late hour of the night. The front desk was extremely proactive in trying to resolve all our issues and assisted us in everyway possible. They got a Bell Boy to assist us with purchasing some meds from the local pharmacy to help my sick friend who was more or less confined to the bed after a bad tummy upset. They moved us and upgraded us to a larger room in the middle of the night when the electrical crackling issue couldn't be resolved in our room. Moreover, upon checkout they provided us with prepacked complimentary breakfast that we could carry with us as we dashed to the airport for our flight! We were totally impressed by the customer service provided.

Immediately when you enter the hotel you will notice that it is part of a chain of hotels and that it has a standard formula for its hotels. The staff is professional and friendly the rooms are clean and well maintained and forseen of even a mini fridge and tea maker. Messages about your wifi password and reservations are sent as text to your phone. And all the doors have card locks. the fitness area seems to be missing a few items but is usable. The restaurant has everything which I ordered from their menu ( I didnt have to play the "I would like and you have"-game), and the breakfast is a buffet with even cereals. a nice touch of the hotel is that it has its own coffee place. All in all, a good place to stay in and from my impression I would easily trust other hotels of this chain to be the same.

My wife and I were in search of somewhere to stay near the Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary. This is the place to stay. It was quiet, well kept/managed and family owned. We recommend arranging a boat trip on the Brahmaputra. The Jeep safari was beautiful at sunset. We DO NOT recommend any elephant safari rides. This is not a practice we support, since the animals are often times not properly cared for. There is a huge lack of conservation education, and our experience noted the handlers being quite forceful with their tactics to control/steer the animals (using pokers, piercing the elephants ears, and kicking behind the ears of the elephants to force them to obey/move). This is not a reflection of the property we stayed at, just something we would love to have reconsidered. If you want an amazing elephant experience, go to the Elephant Wildlife SOS near Agra, and walk alongside these beautiful giants.

I am not satisfied with the hotel amenities because the rooms are very small and compact. I had booked deluxe room whereas I was given a very sub standard room. The staff openly tells if u book through online then such small rooms will be provided. You should have booked through offline you will be given large rooms. Linen provisioned was not so hygienic. Overall I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. There are lots of hotels available in and around paltan bazaar. Pls survey before booking and paying hard earned money.

Though a little outside the city yet I strongly recommend this property for stay by anyone i.e. solo, family or for group. This is a very nice, tidy and well maintained property enclosed by a lush green yard and colorful flowers. Rooms are neat and clean provided by a tea kettle and tea making sachets. Linens are well washed and cleaned. Staff and owner of the property are polite and helpful. The only problem is that you may have to stay at 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

It was an unforgettable and shocking experience, when after a long journey, one is told that there are no vacant rooms, though the reservation had been confirmed. There seemed to be an awful communication gap, as I could understand that the booking confirmation was issued to me without getting a confirmation from the hotel. Anyway I was accommodated in some hotel for the night and then re-shifted back the next day by the hotel staff.

It was just amazing... Unbelievably quiet. The only sounds you hear will be the birds and the tree leaves rustling ing the wind. If you need to rejuvenate, this is the place to be. The staff were helpful and arranged everything for us regarding the safaris. It is advisable to do both the safaris: jeep safari and elephant safari. Jeep safari takes you deep in the jungle approx 12 kms. Elephant safari is slower and takes you within 1 to 1.5km radius but you get to see the animals real up close. The experience was phenomenal. With the quietness and stillness of the surrounding on an elephant back it was like sailing into nature. People are extremely friendly. Since we needed to go to Tezpur by bus from there, Mr. Boruah himself drove us to the mainroad and then his brother took us to the place where we could catch a bus just to make sure our experience is only great! One suggestion: the rooms could be dusted a bit before people come to check in. But it maybe also a bit of a task as the frames of the walls were wood and termites might have contributed to the duwt
