The people in the recption were very frienly, helpful and quick. It's in a good location and has a nice pool. The hotel is however more of a good three star hotel rather than a four star. It's located in an area where nearby there are many good and varied restaurants.
Staff (Sergio) very friendly , room clean and great location for a great price.
Overall a pretty decent stay for the price paid.
Not sure this hotel is located at very nice spot because of my staying for business. However every thing I needed is around this hotel. 5mins walk to a few restaurants. And people at this hotel are nice and helpful always.
When I first discovered that my room would be near the central stair area I was disappointed. My experience with this design in other hotels had not been good. Had a great stay in hotel intersuites. Every one is very helpful and the location is perfect. Miguel in the reception is the man and will help you with anything, like the rest of the people in intersuites. If you go to Barranquilla, don’t hesitate, choose hotel intersuites
Overall my experience was positive. There was an initial problem with noise from reconstruction work on my first morning at the hotel. However this was dealt with efficiently and effectively by the staff at reception. I was moved to a new room and experienced no more problems.

Staff was very helpful when our room reservation was lost (not the hotel’s fault) and gave us a temporary room until ours was available the next night. They also printed our boarding passes for our flight. Good breakfast. All staff were very friendly.

The room was very nice with a super comfortable bed! However, the room always seemed to have a humid smell to it which was not a huge problem but a bit strange. Staff were nice and very helpful. Food was good from the room service menu. I would stay there again if the price stays the same.
