First, the good: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although not easily accessible by jeepney, the location was within walking distance of McDonalds, Chowking, Biggs, a little mall, and more. I started in the budget room with only a fan and a bed. The wifi worked quite well in this room, but I got greedy and moved to the standard single room for the next 2 nights. The wifi signal was gone, but I got an aircon, TV, and private bathroom. Unfortunately, the aircon was not powerful enough to cool the room to my liking, and the TV only had local Tagalog channels. So, neither of the room options quite suited my fancy. The budget room would have been a great pit stop for a single night in the city, but not for a longer stay.

Our stay was comfortable enough but we did wish we stayed on the beach instead, as there were few places to eat in town and it was not walking distance meaning we had to arrange a ride after dinner which was expensive, we may as well have stayed at the beach. The towels were very questionably stained but otherwise the room was comfortable for the price we paid. One other thing was on our last night we heard a neighbouring guest yelling about his wallet missing in his room and screaming at the staff asking where his money went, which made us feel as though security might be pretty low? Not sure what the situation was but left us with a bad taste in our mouths unfortunately. Rooms were fine.

The La Casa Roa Hostel is a very nice place. This is located at the municipality center of Caramoan. Literally few steps from the public market. We are 12 in the family and booked 2 rooms (A1 and A2) and we ended up renting like a whole house because these two rooms has a common room (family room with sala set). My family really enjoyed our stay because the place is perfect for our group. And the price, very affordable! The place really feels like 'Casa' or 'Home'. It has a very welcoming front-desk and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They have a dinning place where you can order your food (home cooked!) They have a food menu but you can also request on the type of food you want. They also have a karaoke place where your friends and family can enjoy. Just be mindful of the other guests especially at night. You definitely do not want to miss the Island hopping in Caramoan. This is not included on our room reservations but you can contact the frontdesk so they can assist you. My family didn't expect too much on this place that's why we really enjoyed our stay. Actually, we were surprised on what the place has offered us.

First the cons: Why is there no electric kettle? and also along with it should have come complimentary instant coffee/tea and bottled water. I think these features should be standard. *sigh* nevertheless... (now the pros, and they are many!) this hotel is very good. i had my wife and my mother with me in this trip to Naga so we chose the family standard room which is good for 3, but my, it's so spacious! It has one queen bed and one double bed but the room size can easily fit 4-5 persons. The wi-fi is very fast.(4mbps speedtest) They serve breakfast at 7am at their coffee shop at the lobby and for P50 per person, you can already have fried rice w/ egg & corned beef, along with coffee and a small serving of fruits. The price is quite cheap as they offer this breakfast set for P150 for non-guests. There are other breakfast options too. (they have 4 menus to choose from) and the best thing about this hotel is the excellent location! The hotel is seated right smack in the Centro so transport to other parts of CamSur is very easy to find. (like jeepneys bound for Sabang port if you plan to go to Caramoan and those bound for Carolina if you're going to Mt. Isarog) in front is the E-Mall which is also owned by Nagaland. inside the mall are very convenient stores like a grocery (Robinsons), hardware (The Handyman), CDRKing!, and a small foodcourt on the 2/f. I doubt if you won't find E-Mall sufficient enough for what things you may need for your stay at the hotel but SM Naga is just 5mins away by tricycle (i suggest you just walk for a little exercise). And great food abounds just about everywhere as Nagaland is surrounded by LOTS of restaurants and other food establishments!

We had a great stay at O & S and I would stay here again when we come back next year. Compared to other residential and 3-star hotel accommodations in Naga, O & S gives a good value for money. It is easily accessible if you are visiting Naga for Penafrancia. The manager was friendly and approachable and taught us some touristy places to visit nearby. The rooms are clean, air conditioning worked fine. Food was okay.

Overall it was a good stay. Affordable. Good Service. Friendly staffs/owner. It just so happen during our stay that they are having some renovation so its a bit noisy. The food is good but some of menu's listed is not available so we have limited choices for food that time. However, if time and budget permits I will come back and stay on the same hotel on my next vacation in Caramoan, Camarines Sur.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is within walking distance of the church, the plaza, stores and eateries. However, the hotel is not well maintained and has the feel of an old home. This is not recommended for tourists or other visitors looking for a good ambiance. This is good for locals looking for a cheap and convenient place to sleep and leave one's bags.

We extended our stay at Naga City so we booked a night at this place and it was a lot better than the previous hotel we stayed at. Too bad we only stayed for a night but next time, we will be booking this travel lodge again. Rooms are clean, spacious and homey except for the cr which is a bit smaller but its okey as it is faunctional. They have a great backdoor garden and we had our breakfast there. Their staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is sufficient and good. We love the dried fish. Stay here. Its cheap but they have good service.

Again the price is right for this place. The owner and staff are the most friendly people, but there are a few things I must mention. Free Wifi and TV is incorrect. There is a beautiful flat screen TV in the room but there is only one local channel and that is blurry. No Wifi. Must bring your pocket Wifi. No Toilet seat and no Toilet paper. Our warm water heater for the shower did not work. Every morning at 5:30 am they chop wood and light a fire for cooking. And that smoke came right into our room through window and aircon. If you book this hotel make sure your room is away from the kitchen.

For its price, I never imagined I will be staying in a nice hotel. The hotel, room and bathroom are all clean. And they are a little modern when it comes to the room keycard (not keys, but keycard) and their elevator controls are modern. Their flat screen TV is big. The bathroom looks nice and clean, except when the floor is wet, it gets alot slippery. There were no non-slip mats provided in the shower area so you have to be careful when you're taking a shower. And no towel floor mats when you get out of the shower so the whole bathroom floor will get wet and slippery. You cannot adjust the temp of the shower. It was really hot for me. For breakfast, you can choose from tapa or hotdog or luncheon meat or burger. All small servings. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is walking distance to SM City. And 7/11 is just beside the hotel. Also, Bicol Central Station is just across the street. They also have a parking space at back for those who will bring their own car.

Pros. Friendly staff and ask them and they will do what you requested Con. Water was smelly coming from the pipes corrosion or too much chlorine in the main tank. Bed turnover not consistent. They change bed sheets but sometimes not enough blanket and towels are also a problem always run out. One time a couple of foreigners were asking for towel as they swam in the swimming but there was no towel. Toilet amenities are not regularly check for refill. Aircon next to your head and blowing directly on your head. Free wifi Internet only at the reception desk. There was no view window where i stayed. At night plenty of young adults do come in for drinks. Theres a 7 11 store so its convenient.Like i said you pay for cheap accomodation and you get what you pay.

Our 2 night stay was a nightmare, we paid through agoda, no problems there, , We then had no shower working, the water in the bathroom was foul smelling, the sink water was none existing, we had to ask for towel changes, no one cleaned the room, then on Xmas day, we were going to stay an extra night, we were the only guest in the whole hotel, on Xmas day the owner arrived, so I asked how much it would be for the day, she promptly replied wiith an expensive price, I said it cost cheaper per night with agoda, and she said there is no rooms ever let out for that price, and she carried on eating her lunch as if we were not even in the place, that pissed me off, and I told she should maybe take a trip to Tacloban where we came from, (and we were there when the typhoon arrived) and take a look at the people there and see how they are living, and life is not all about trying to over charge we then dropped the keys on the counter and left that bloody dump as quickly as possibe.

Our stay at the resort was very pleasant though a bit far from the CBD but there were heaps of activities for the children and there are tricycle outside the resort waiting. My grand children particularly have thoroughly enjoyed themselves boating, cycling, etc at the village. The staff are well so professional. I thank the restaurant for the good service they showed us and the foods was awesome. I also thank the housekeeping for keeping our rooms very nice clean and tidy. I will mostly recommend this resort to all the Bicol region you will be amaze when you see this place. To all of you Bicolanos and Bicolanas please support this resort, great reception, great staff and service with a smile.

If you're travelling on a budget then this is the place to stay in. I chose their dormitory since we needed a room that is good for 4. We arrived in Naga at a very early time, though we tried if we could check in early but unforunately, our room was still occupied. I asked if we could leave our things for us to start our Bicol adventure right away.. The staff were very accomodating in letting our baggages be kept while we check what Cam Sur has to offer.. Their wifi was good.. Overall, our stay was good..

We stayed for 4 days and had an absoutley fantastic time. Hazel was very helpful and organsied two day trips to local islands for us. The area and islands are so beautiful. This hotel is on a local fisherman's beach and so you get a sense of what life is like for local people, but you also have creature comforts like your own bathroom, a restaurant that serves western as well as local dishes and a beer. As well as visiting islands there is a cave that you can go and seeas well as tours of the local area by tricycle.

I wasnt going to write a review but I stayed here because of reviews. So I dont want the same to happen to anybody else. This is the worst of any Hotel I have ever booked in all of the Philippines. The only good thing is the location which is only good for Dining or Night life on Magasaysay. Everything else is bad bad bad from the smell as soon as I walked in. Dirty bed sheets Staff sit in the hallway talking loud in groups my gf had to tell them to be quiet I was trying to nap. They still kept talking. I am very tolerant and if I had paid $15 canadian I would say you get what you pay for, but I paid double that. Just so so bad

Best hotel there is, good location, nice facilities and rates not too high. Staff are accommodating although there could have some room for improvement.This hotel is in the business center of Naga City Camarines. Its ideal if you want to be near the city's business district. There's a free breakfast which is rare with other hotels in Naga which they dont offer a free breakfast.

Breeze and Waves Hotel is aptly named as you can always feel a light breeze and hear the gentle waves in the restaurant/reception area. The reception area had a small book shelf and some couches where you can just relax and read a book. We were brought by tricycle to the annex since the beach front rooms were already booked. The annex, which was a two minute ride away from the beach front, was new and clean. Our bedroom for two was very cozy and could fit up to four if you used the extra mattresses . This was good since we spent 5 hours just to get there from Naga City and we were dead tired. We had a table, an electric fan, and a cabinet to put our things. There was also cable in the new flat screen TV. The bathroom was just the right size and they even had a heater for the shower. You had to text the receptionist for the tricycle to pick you up, but since there was no signal (only Smart), we decided to walk instead. It took less than 10 minutes. I was glad that we were at the Annex when we found out that someone rented a Karaoke machine at the beach front and sang until 12 midnight. The hotel has their own boats which are located on Paniman Beach where the island hopping tours take off. We were so grateful that the staff looked for other visitors whom we could join the island hopping tours with so that we could lessen the cost since there were only two of us. You can get both island groups for Php 3500 for one whole day instead of two days. The boats can accommodate up to 8 people. We ate our meals at the hotel and enjoyed really fresh fish. They also served a generous amount of rice to go with our meals. The price of meals ranges from (for breakfast) – They can also prepare your meals for your island hopping tours. By the way, Manlawi Islands Tour (5 islands) costs while the Matukad Island Tour (4 islands) costs. The only problem was that brown outs were common especially during the night.
