Where to stay in Chiba Prefecture
Chiba Prefecture hotels & accommodations

5 star rating on all aspects as the place served us well. I was travelling with 3 senior citizens in our family and we arrived in NRT Terminal 2 at around 930 in the evening. The bus stop for Nikko was just across the arrival area and the wait time was just 15minutes. We booked early thus we were able to get a good Agoda rate. We asked for a tatami room and aside fro...

Our flight was totally delayed, so I was so lucky that I booked this hotel very close by from the airport. Only costed just over 1000yen from the Airport by taxi. Beds were so comfortable and big. Hotel had shop where you can grab some food. So convenient and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

APAs are tiny little awesome efficiency hotels. You just can't go wrong with APA hotels in Japan. Every one I have ever stayed in is awesome. Cheaper than Motel 6 in the US, but 10 times better. Clean, efficient, great staff, they even have an automated pay machine in the lobby for check in, check out. Slide your Yen bills in, out pops the door key. Hotel is right next...

I didn't know how fancy this hotel was, but it's actually a very nice and comfortable hotel. There's all types of facilities and amenities within the hotel. It's close to Narita airport, not really a convenient location if you're trying to go to Tokyo since it's in Chiba. Hotel room is quite a nice size, I was able to do some light yoga. I'm very happy with this place...

We are frequent travellers and can say, hand on heart, that this hotel offered the BEST service ever. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, we were well looked after. For just $80 per night we got a good, clean hotel with an absolutely awesome breakfast. Seriously wonderful food and tonnes of it. The hotel was full, yet we moved through the line quick...

my first capsule hotel experience! i had a 9AM flight out of Narita and didn't realize that i was booking a flight in the middle of Golden Week so didn't want to take any chances. location is within the airport complex, and there are lots of signs pointing to the hotel. shower and public facilities were great, although the hair dryer was kinda the low-energy type. can'...

i was there for 1 night before leaving Japan after a busy week in Tokyo. This is a very great hotel with all facilities you needed and just a walking distance to Chiba cultural street and Naritasan Senso-ji Temple. Free shuttle bus to airport is also available and it takes only 15 min. I would definitely come back again!!

We had a Triple Deluxe Room and it was great -- three beds with a living room area that included a sofa, coffee table, and area with a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, etc. The free shuttle bus service was very convenient - easily transferred to and from Narita Airport. We also took the shuttle bus to and from the JR Narita station for our outings the next day in ...

Check in and check out were efficient and fast. Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. TV and WIFI worked properly. There were convenience stores nearby. Transportation wise, the location was perfect. The hotel was adjacent to JR Chiba Station (West Exit), and JR Chiba Station was connected to Chiba Monorail Station and Keisei Chiba Station. It's a great base ...

We stayed only for a night to rest from the flight before we head out to Tokyo. We got 3 wide single beds in a room and everything is so comfy! Staff are amazing and funny, free airport transfer and driver are wonderful. Thankful for the Affordable Japanese restaurant just across the hotel for the late evening’s meal. Aeon Mall is about 5 mins by foot and has everyt...

Used the hotel at the start of the trip and will stay again at the end of our trip. Narita is a very pleasant and interesting place- more than just an airport. Good location/shuttle service, very helpful staff, spacious room, and very clean. Great value for money.

Whenever my wife and I fly into Narita, we book our first night at the U-City. It is cheap, clean, and convenient. Breakfast is typical Japanese hotel fare for an additional 850 Yen. If you want something else, there is a Seven Eleven and a bakery/cafe across the street. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from Narita Station, which is a 7 minute ride from terminal 1. ...

Value for the Tokyo area. Everything was perfect. It's a fairly long walk to the nearest convenience store. But overall this hotel was exceptionally nice. As is the case with Japan, if you're American you might not be thrilled with the quantity and price of your food. On the upside, nearly everything else. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. ...

Hello. I was in this hotel for 1 night. I had choose the "Non-Smoking, Single Person Room". The location of this hotel is very Central. You can reach here by - "Terminal 2 Bus Platform No 32", - the "Airport Round Trip Bus will Pick you up- free of cost after every 20 min" . It is quiet Old Fashioned Hotel, if you compare to all new ones. But the Facilities are equ...

It is very near the Chiba station. hotel room is huge for Japan standard. we had 3 beds. 2 were double beds and the extra was a single/super single. toilet is amazing. it had a standing shower and a Bathtub. room was clean. bathroom was squeaky clean. water strength was strong. breakfast was good too! short walk to food area. highly recommended hotel to stay. staff at ...

I stayed at Marroad for one night. I had accidentally booked the room on a wrong date, but they didn't charge me and just let me book a new room for free. The single room itself and the bed were huge, there was enough space for even two persons. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. For dinner I went to the Chinese buffet on the top floor from which you have a beau...

I would like to say that is a good place to stay but is not too customer friendly! For example, helping with keeping the luggage until a bit later, as there are no coin lockers anywhere around that place or other places where you can store the luggage if it happens to have to go somewhere else until you change your location. I prefer the other hotels that I stayed dur...

I saw a couple of reviews before going that spoke of the hotel being old, and it is. Built in the 1970's when Japan's economy was VERY robust, it was originally an extremely advanced and pricy destination. Like so many of the larger and older Japanese hotels,it shows its age in various ways. Scraped moldings, corner peeling of wallpaper in a few places, and some fad...

The hotel looks new and everything was very high-tech. In the room, when you switch on the TV, you can view how busy the restaurant is and whether the washing machines are free. The room size is acceptable and very clean - the beds are very comfortable and room layout was thoughtful. The bathroom is massive and there is a full size bath as well as a shower (with rai...

We stayed in their villa with private onsen for 2 nights. We arrived in the evening and felt very much relieved when we met their driver inside Inubou Station who led us to the shuttle bus. Received warm welcome at the receiption which started our wonderful stay in this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Enjoyed the perfect view of Pacific Oc...

I was from inner Chiba and wanted to find a place to stay the night before my flight home the next morning. This hotel is just next to the train station and. bus station where there is a shuttle bus to the airport. Very convenient. Hotel was clean and good and I had a good rest and shower.

The hotel’s location is convenient. It only takes around 3 mins from Kashiwa station to the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. It is a busy town with many young people. The staff in the hotel is friendly and nice. I would recommend it if you want to stay in Chiba.

my stay in this hotel was lovely. it was just in front of the train station so i had an easy time locating it. it is also very near to banks and resturants and to aeon mall, making my stay so easy. the people manning the front desk were very approachable. they try to help despite the language barrier. the hotel tries to help the environment with their eco program, and ...

The room is sparkling clean and the bed is comfortable. There is a sobe with Tempura restaurant just beside the hotel. The Supermarket which is 50m away make it a very convenient for us. Direction given by the staff is very precise. Thus we didn't have problem locating the Guesthouse. We arrived at 1pm and the room was ready for us to check in. It is highly recommended...

Japan had just had the huge earthquake and tsunami in the northeast and I wasn't able to get back up north to my apartment so I needed to stay at a hotel. No other hotels were available and I needed to book something or I would have had to camp out at the airport. Considering this it's understandable that my comforter cover was a little threadbare (they were probably r...
Cheap places to stay in Chiba Prefecture

The hosts of the guesthouse do their absolute best to accommodate the guests. Facilities are in pristine clean condition and are totally functional. This place is the best combination of hospitality and living technology. So many great eats around the JR and Keisei stations as well as near the Narita temple.

I just wanted to find a small hostel near Narita airport, not in Tokyo center. A good alternative if you are looking for somewhere to stay out of busy cities. The place clean and beautiful, with small nice local Japanese restaurants and supermarkets around.I was impressed and had a good time even though I only stayed for a day. My only problem was that I had to carr...

Keep in mind that this is mostly a campsite, so don't expect the Ritz. We stayed in the lodge with a simple room with futon, and shared toilet/shower. Not super cheap if you're just thinking about the rooms, but given the location amongst the trees and access to an incredible park next door, it's a decent price. Staff were really great and helpful, no fridge in the roo...

I went to Summer Sonic 2014 in Tokyo(Chiba) and this was a great place to stay. Everything else in the area was fully booked, yet I still somehow found this amazingly cheap place on Agoda. From the hotel you can walk to a train station and zip over to SS. The capsules were surprisingly roomy and the whole place was quite clean although a bit old. The staff are friendly...

Great location, very close to old town area, walking along the river in the early morning will get totally different feeling than day time. Also hostel is just next to the famous grilled eel rice restaurant. After visited done, it's good place to fill your hungry stomach and had great Japan experience there (O-I-Shi !!). Friendly & helpful staff, room is also v...

It was a very nice hotel - clean and beautiful with friendly staff and delicious breakfast, but the rooms and the elevators were too small. The hotel was located in a new town and the environment was really good. The only regrets were the small rooms and its location. It is far away from other bigger cities. It takes a long time to go Tokyo and the public transportatio...

This hotel is probably one of the better hotels to stay at in Chiba, price-wise and location-wise. Although I got lost in the Tokyo subway for 2 hours from Kamata but the overall experience was a positive one. It is on the same building as the Keisei Chibachuo station. Mind you that Chibachou station is a Keisei station, not JR station so it doesn't show in the JR subw...

I had a good price for staying 3 nights at this Hotel, include breakfast and free sauna (public bath). The lobby is nice and warm, restaurant are clean and the food are delicious. I had try some Chiba traditional breakfast menu such as sardines, clams and pickel's (of course the also served international breakfast menu). Facilities at the room is nice, including the T...

This is my second time staying here. We booked the big room (4 beds for 4 people) that ‘s very big and comfortable. Everything is good. Location is also nice, not far from Chiba station or if you’re lazy to walk, you can come here by bus ( 1 stop) or taxi (about ¥800). There are many restaurants and minimarts around the hotel. If you have a car, there’s a parking ...

The hotel is located within an easy walking distance of Goi station, and there are many restaurants, family restaurants, izakayas etc. right around the hotel. There is are two 24 hour family restaurants with 3 minutes walk as well - which was great as I had to make an very early check-out on my second day, and I wanted a proper breakfast before I continued travelling....

I stayed overnight for an event in Chiba and this was a great hotel for that purpose. It is extremely cheap, but none of the facilities or the room itself show that. The room was extremely quiet, which was a welcome change from some previous experiences at other hotels. The room I had had some surprising amenities like a stove and sink, which though I didn't need them ...

I have stayed at the Radisson Narita since before it was a Radisson (started in 1978). The staff has always been very accomno dating and caring. The hotel has grown and improved since my first visit, but it's always like coming home to stay their. P.S. They have best tuna sandwich ever!

We booked two rooms for 2 nights for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children. Hotel has a nice classy touch and it was located next to a forest, beautiful sceneries of greenery all around but it’s a little hard to find a nearby cafe or restaurant within waking distance. We have chosen this hotel as it was the nearest decent hotel close to Mother Farm with free park...
