Find Hotels in Dak Lak Province, Vietnam

We booked for one night , but soon we decided to book an extra night! The hotel has nice and comfortable rooms, great bathtub and view! The staff arranged a motorbike and we made a great trip to lak lake and a bit beyond! It was amazing. A great tour. After 140km motor biking, we enjoyed a great veggie dinner behind the central market, there is a spot to BBQ yourself, of course meat and fish is available, for non veggie people. The second day we also went for a motorbike trip! Again 140 km now in the direction of yon don national park again a great trip! Unfortunately we had to leave, after saying goodbye we went for the evening flight, after one hour we came back....the flight was cancelled! The staff was surprised but arranged a room directly! The breakfast Asian orientated but good! The ethnic museum of BMT is a great place to spend an hour and half! We loved it!

We really enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the bath tub. Water pressure wasn't the best. Wifi was good. Stuff could speak some english and they were helpful. Breakfast was buffet and did't have a lot of selection but it was good enough for us with how much we payed for the stay. Good budget hotel. We enjoyed the very nice coffee shop nearby attached to the hotel. Rented a bike but expensive 250000₫ for a day with automatic bike. We will come back to the same hotel next time we visit!

This is our second stay at this hotel. The room is really big - spacious and clean. We were given a high floor (7). Make sure to book rooms at the 4-star area (hotel main building) - the few dollars extra from the 3-star room price is worth the money. 3-star rooms are 500m away from the hotel main building. WiFi internet is fast and stable. Lots of TV channels, both International and local ones. In a local city like Buon Ma Thuot, this hotel very much resembles a typical 4-star hotel room in any other major cities around the world so if you are on business, you would appreciate the quiet and surreal ambience here after a long day of work.

The room was exactly what we needed for our stay in BMT. It was clean but not very big which was ok for us. The staff were nice. Our only word of warning is about booking things through them. We asked for some help in booking some things we wanted to do at yokdon national park. The son was friends with the director apparently. Long story short they wanted us to pay the guesthouse for our national park activity. It felt wrong so we didn't pay and when we turned up to the national park the prices were MUCH cheaper then they were trying to get us to pay. It was a real shame because we cut short the things we wanted to do because the prices were so steep. Turns out we could have done everything we wanted to. Next time I guess! I am not discouraging staying at the guesthouse, that was perfectly fine. But be careful when booking things with them and always be wary of upfront payments.

Best value in BMT. It's a bit far from the centre but we hired a motorbike at the hotel which makes everything quite easy, 5 minutes drive and you're at the centre of town. The room itself is nice, small bathroom but totally fine. Facilities are quite new and there is an elevator. No fridge in the room but cable TV and A/C (not all the rooms have A/C!). The only complaint is that our room wasn't very clean, the table beside the bed had old coffee spillage all over the floor. For the price we paid I think it was just fine.

Very good value for money but try and get a room at the rear of the building, facing countryside and not the busy road at the front. This hotel is NOT centrally located but some 3/4 km's south of the town on the main road towards HCMC. This is fine for travellers on motor bikes and they have a secure underground area for locking your bike. There is a coffee cafe next door and a motorbike me hanic next to the cafe. There is a petrol station a short way on the road into town, which is whete you will need to go for proper restaurant food. A bit if Rnglish spoken here and the staff are as helpful as they are able to be.

I love this place... I want to come back and stay longer. Had the Lakeview bungalow and I felt truly at home with the beautiful view outside. Must have sat at the balcony for hours just admiring and soaking up the scenery. Great for folks who wanna get away from the crowd and be close to our natural beginnings... My travel conpanion wouldn't agree with me but too bad cuz he ddidn't come our a single cent for this trip. So the person who pays gets to choose where to stay n what to do... Too bad for him. A real pleasure for me.

On arrival I was intimidated by the long flight of steps, but bellman handled luggage and I found a stairway in the garage with a handrail which made the climb easier and safer. Our first room, a double had a bad smell so they upgraded us at no charge to a bigger triple room with window that was much nicer. This was a government hotel and is a bit run down but now privately run and improving rapidly. The description of the hotel is fantasy. Not a three star, but two, no tennis courts or jacuzzi! Just your basic no frills tourist hotel but a good night sleep with nice breakfast in the morning. Coffee is good here too.

hotel excellent, no faults but not keen on the city. it seemed sprawling without any discernible centre. karaoke bar next door is very convenient and closes by about 11.00 pm and great for a laugh. i was inspired by the red quaffed elvis singing his heart out with gusto and dedication as if fighting a musical war with the band who sometime achieved the right chords but sadly, not in the correct order. i sought solace in beer.

Stayed at The Highland House in September 2016. Staff were great all round and accommodating and very very helpful. Room is new and very clean and bathroom was nice! airconditioning was strong and water pressure & temperature was good. Comfy and cozy and enjoyed my stay at The highland house. And may I mention the good food was reasonably priced at the coffeeshop at round floor. Nearest coffee village was an easy 5 to 10 minute walk. Location of the hotel is quiet and peaceful at night and taxi drivers know the street very well (although not the hotel) just tell them the street name and stop when you see the sign. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Buon ma thuot and my best wishes to the highland house team! Thank you for being hospitable! Great little hotel and high in my recommendations.

I booked quite late, and I arrived quite shortly after I booked, however on arrival the staff had no idea I have booked and their hotel was fully booked already. After a simple phone call I got escorted to the next door hotel, which seems like half a star better and a bit more pricey, and I was given the same style room with more space and still no windows. It was comfortable, AC was good and overall clean. No complaints really except for the moment of worry when you arrive soaked by rain at 11PM and they tell you they are fully booked :)
