I asked for a room with 2-double beds but what I ended up with was a 4 double-bed Suite. It was fantastic! Lots of room to spread out. Was in Delaware visiting friends, hotel was very well kept, surrounded by great food outlets and and green scenery. Id happily stay at this hotel again in the future.

Its a nice clean place. I always end up getting the same room every time i book. The only issue is the shower head runs slow but the room was clean. And i dont have to worry about smoke because its a non smoking hotel. I love that about the place.

The room was small but adaquate. Clean and comfortable. The walls did not do a good job of blocking noise. We could hear the TV in he next room. There is no exhaust fan in this bathroom.

This is a great hotel for it's price. It is not a five star resort. But it is a decent for a road trip stop.

Only stayed one night. But very clean and comfortable. The manager cares about repeat customers and makes sure everything is good. Great 3 star hotel.

We are only from NJ north of Delaware. Came in state overnight for a wedding, at a venue about 20 mins away. Room rates in venue area 2-3x the cost. Facilities room exterior appear to worn but sturdy. We count that as being extremely used due to airport next door. Rooms were clean ,fresh and neat. Could use electrical updating, not much outlets for today's average cell...

Not what I expected at all. There were no wash cloths in the room. The beds were not made up the next day when we returned to our room. Also there was no iron or iron board in the room. These are some of the things I expect when I go away.

The whole staff from front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, etc have been really kind.

Room was in OK condition. Somewhat old but all in all it was ok for a one night sleep. Breakfast was basic.

We came to the rehobeth Jazz fest. Accommodations were nice . Had great breakfast, the mattresses were appreciated by everyone as a matter of fact many friends mentioned never slept better. It was combiner to every restaurant and all the Jazz concerts. Very nice and would stay again!!!

The hotel was easily accessible. The breakfast was adequate. The pool had hot water (seriously, it felt like a hot tub), and felt amazing after my 5k race. I can't complain.

The bathrooms and floors need to be cleaned a little better. Also the walls in the bathroom need to be scrubbed and wiped down after each person stays and they show they are not.

The rooms were fine. They were clean and tidy and the staff were very nice and helpful. My one issue was the air conditioning was cycling on and off for some reason. This caused the room to be somewhat inconsistent for keeping the room cool.
