i got a big room. It was clean with balcony and pool-view. I like to have close to the beach. And this take 5 minutes walk. Helpful personal in reception when i ask about booking of travel coz i dont speak greece with travel-agentur. Hotel have a good place in city to close to much restaurants and shops.

Reception is inefficient: could not tell us about vacancies four days in advance. Overpriced during high season, reduced price makes it worthwhile. In a four star hotel we expect coffee and tea making facilities , and a couple of cups or glasses. Plastic throw-away cups are definitely not ****.

Some rooms are very average as they have old decor. However the staff are helpful, the breakfast is great (even more selection than the last stay), the pool area is nice and the bar area is always busy so hotel has a nice ambience. The room is very clean and the staff are all very helpful. We originally made a booking without breakfast, but we were told that breakfast buffet is provided for free when we arrived. We absolutely loved Kos Island. Especially our stay at Gaia Garden. We booked this hotel not even realising it is all inclusive. Such a good surprise for us! The food is incredible. Erato studio's, our Host was very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were not that big but clean. Location is from walkng distance to the center. You have everything on walking distance. If I would come to kos I would defently stay again in Erato!

Not a place to recommend for ease of trasnportation. We hired a car which made seeing the island easy, otherwise it was a resort hotel and mostly half board - not our cup of tea.

We were a family of four, the owner greeted us and helped us with our bags and helped us with the lodgings. He was had issues with the rooms and resolved it admirably. Great Value and wonderful stay. Will come back again

Apartments are very clean and large enough. The furniture is OK and everything work perfectly. (+) We had a nice week at the Skala Hotel. The hotel is only a few meters away from the harbour in the centre of Skala. Breakfast is sufficient. The rooms and the bathroom are clean and comfortable. The seawater pool outside was refreshing at the end of every hot day. At the end of September it was not too crowded anymore. (-) The beds were a bit too hard for us.

Pros: 1. The hotel is very clean, and he is definitely one of the most well kept hotels I've seen. 2. The service team was always kind and did everything with smile. 3. The food is awesome. 4. Easy transfers to the center. Cons: 1. The gym is too small and has old machines. 2. No iron in the rooms, you must use the hotels iron services.

The quality/price ratio was absolutely satisfactory. The rooms were well isolated with double-glass windows, the air conditioning equipment was efficient and totally noiseless, as was the fridge. The room had a large desk for writing. The hotel appears in perfect order, just renewed, and every worked efficiently. All in all, I was very satisfied for the price I payed....

Poor customer service from owner. Female receptionist very nice. Room/bathroom has not been updated since 1971. Overpriced fro what it was. i have stayed in hostels with better facilities for under half the price. Won't be going back.

K Boutique is a pleasant, clean, low key hotel, with friendly staff, and a nice pool area. It's not a big impersonal hotel chain, so they sometimes run low on stock, but they're always happy to nip to the supermarket next door to stock up on whatever you need.

The owners were great hosts, and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The accommodation was extremely clean and well maintained. Before we left, we were given a little glass of raki, which was a nice gesture.

We came a group of 6 guys to escape reality and have some good time. This hotel offers everything from Mini-Golf, to a great pool, a private beach and more. The buffet at the breakfast and dinner has an amazing variety of food, and tastes are also good (although not great as eating outside in taverns).
