AMAZING !!! From check in to check out 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. 1 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. Centrally located to walk, scooter or cab all parts Ho Chi Minh. Good sized rooms, roof top pool with an incredible view of the city. Extensive/delicious Buffet breakfast, High Tea and mini bar are all included in your room rate. I could go on and on about the hotel amenities but the real gem in this place is the customer service. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I had a mishap with my phone and Mr. Max along with the rest of the Alagon staff helped me remedy the situation. Had I not had their help and patience I would have never been able to figure it all out. You can bet I will tell all I know who travel to Ho Chi Minh that Alagon Zen Hotel is where they should stay. This hotel was newly remodeled and is very clean. If you are visiting Ho Chi Minh, stay at this hotel. The location is a bit far from Ben Thanh market and is not walking distance but you can take the taxi there which is only 10 mins away. However, there are many good restaurants within couple blocks of the hotel. There is also a convenient store right across the street that opens 24 hours. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Whenever I need service to the room, they are very prompt to bring them to your room. Excellent service. The facilities are very clean and very well kept. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It also has the safe box to lock up your personal things. I stayed at this place for 3 nights and I had a great experience. One of the best place I have been. They offer breakfast in the morning as well but i didn't eat there since there are so many around the hotel. But I am sure it is good too. Three thumbs up!!

Overall the stay was very satisfactory with the hotel offering a clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay whilst in Ho Chi Minh City. The location was good with easy access to the rest of the city. I was there on business and the free WiFi made my stay that much more enjoyable being able to keep on top of e-mails when travelling. The accommodation was bright and airy, well appointed and everything in good working order. The bed was super comfortable offering for a good nights sleep before attending to meetings the next day. Although, some loud music could be heard from the room facing the front of the hotel, whilst my colleague having a room facing the side/rear never hear the music. Only one criticism; there was no iron or ironing board in the room, which when called for on 3 separate occasions, wasn't available until early the next morning. The hotel could do with placing an iron and ironing board in the rooms. The restaurant could do with upgrading the selection/variety of food as, whilst being adequate, could be better, but ample and tasty nonetheless. Overall a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and certainly a hotel I will return to.

WOW, what a lucky find in Ho Chi Minh! We were so pleased to have discovered this boutique hotel while “surfing” websites for lodging options for our recent visit to Ho Chi Minh. It is truly an oasis of serenity and peace in the very busy city of Ho Chi Minh. The hotel is located in District 1, close to many areas of interest. The hotel is an architect’s dream that has become a reality! The hotel building is very well designed...there is a great restaurant and pool on the top of the building, 11th floor, with wonderful views of the skyline of HCM. The pool is a good size, allowing the opportunity to swim and/or plunge…such a wonderful option considering the heat and humidity levels. We throughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts that included both Vietnamese and European options. We also had a nice dinner at the restaurant...such a relief to stay in this oasis and not have to search for a restaurant. Our room had a very comfortable king bed with plenty of space to relax, read or watch cable stations. The bathroom was part of the room with a walkin shower and double sinks. Service was exceptional … the staff was caring, warm and professional. Everyone greeted you with a genuine smile and then an offer of help. On transportation, we recommend that you consider using "Grab" that allow you to experience driving on a scooter in traffic. The cost was very reasonable and quicker than using a car due to the traffic. My wife and I are retired, travel a lot and wish this high level of accommodations and service would be available for all of our trips. Definitely would give this hotel a 10+ star rating!!!

Me and my husband brought along our 8-month-old infant for a trip to Ho Chi Minh for the first time, and we're very glad to have chosen this hotel for our 5-night stay! It's conveniently near to Ben Thanh market, with less than 3 mins walk there. And for us, it was pretty close to where the halal restaurants were at as well, which made the location even the more favourable. The room was clean, with a wide window although the room we stayed in didn't quite have a view (we had a view of a water tank of an adjacent building). However, on the downside, room was relatively small. The main door also opens with the bed in view. This compromises privacy, as guests/staff walking in the corridor could easily have a quick glance of the entire room should your door happen to be open. Also, the room concept tends to focus much on natural lightings. Although the room may be well-lit during the day with the curtains drawn, we faced difficulty having the room well-lit at night, somehow. Staff were friendly, and helpful. It's definitely a hotel that's value for money! In general, we would come back to this hotel if we were to visit Ho Chi Minh again :)

Was excited to have a memorable experience of Ho Chi Minh and booked the most expensive room: The Panoramic. When I arrived they gave me a twin room instead. I went back to the reception and explained that wasn't what I'd booked and paid for and they told me they were full and would give me another room and could give me the suite the following day., even though before they'd told me they were full when I'd asked for a second night. That first night they gave me the double room with a wall in front of the window. The second night they gave me a nice big room with park views, but it wasn't the suite advertised on Agoda with photos of a separate living area. I called the reception and was told that it was their panorama room. The room was nice and I was too tired to argue so I stayed. Breakfast is extensive, most staff are friendly and the rooftop views are amazing.

My first Agoda booking for a hotel in Ho Chi Minh city. The hotel room is comfortable, clean and quiet because taking up a room without balcony facing back of the building. The staff there is helpful taking care every request you needed. My room comes with a buffet breakfast which I feel was excellent with a variety of selections and taste nice. The only downside was the swimming pool which close at 6pm. Wanted to have a splash after my dinner but found out was closed. Highly recommended for its strategic location & value for money for the room with a sumptuous breakfast for two.

I loved the Fusion Suites Saigon and I'm so happy I discovered it after the horrible experience I had when I arrived at Cinnamon "Boutique Hotel" in Ho Chi Minh which was horrible and I knew I couldn't stay there. Anyway I was looking for other options and was lucky enough to come across Fusion Suites which was actually very close to Cinnamon, Before booking I walked over, I wanted to avoid another booking disaster, and I loved it! Super hip and trendy, not to mention one daily massage included per night. Breakfast was included which was actually quite gourmet. Fresh fruit and fresh fruit juices, a lovely buffet and a number of other menu options to choose from included in the rate, such as smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and cream cheese on a bagel, croque monsieur, pho, and a host of other delicacies. I loved it so much that rather than going for an overnight to Phu Quoc which I had intended, I decided to go to their resort in Nha Trang which also exceeded my expectations. Great value for money! The Suites are spacious and just absolutely lovely. I'd go back in a second!

I loved my stay at the Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa! Upon arrival, the staff were delightfully friendly, cheerful, welcoming and helpful. It was just what we needed to start our adventure in Ho Chi Minh on the right leg. The rooms were cozy and even though I'd booked a room without a window, just based on the design, I did not miss having a view. Besides...with its ideal central location to signature landmarks, sites, attractions, restaurants, parks, jazz pubs, bars and all the flavors that Saigon has to offer, the bedroom view was certainly not missed. The best part was their rooftop pool which provided a beautiful view of the city and was a real treat to enjoy at the start and end of each day. Breakfast was 'off the chain' as they had a delicious mix of both Vietnamese and western cuisine options - all of which were just absolutely delicious. There was also never a shortage of breakfast even at 10 a.m. when the buffet period technically should have ended. My friends and I loved it for its relaxing and rooftop pool, cheerful ambiance, friendly staff and great location. Will certainly look forward to recommending this hotel to others and for sure, will visit if I'm ever in this city again.

Everyone on the staff, from doormen to the reception area to the chef to the managers, were all so kind and accommodating. The rooms were as spacious as can be for Ho Chi Minh City, although the large beds took up a lot of space. And the air conditioning was perfect. The pool looked nice but I didn't get a chance to go for a swim. The restaurant and free breakfast was incredible every morning. And high view of the city through the large surrounding windows perfectly accompanied my morning meals. The hotel was so great that I booked there again as I passed through again a few days later. I will say that you should avoid getting a room on the floor right under the top floor, where the restaurant is. It gets a bit noisy in the morning from all the commotion of people heading up there for breakfast, not to mention all the service happening up there. But one quick call and they happily moved me to a much quieter, lower floor. Location felt safe and perfect. A short walk to everywhere.

The rooms were nice with studio layout and a beautiful city view. Breakfast had a decent variety but not really replinshed often. My gf lives in sgn and she was asked something in vn upon check-in she didn't appreciate, and night security when we arrived back was kinda the same in vn, however this does happen throughout vn.. we were given an upgrade which I guess made up for the bad experience. The doormen at night, Minh, is super friendly and was really helpful. He helped us check-in with tea, and assisted with our grab down the st. Thumbs up for Minh. Distance isn't the greatest, and traffic can get a little bad around the area. I would prob stay again, but would prob have to post a picture of my gf for staff.. Best value for your money in ho chi minh.

i booked a premium de-luxe room at this hotel as part of agoda's hot deal and i did not regret my decision. this 4-star hotel is strategically located in the posh area of ho chi minh city. as far as the facilities are concerned we have no complaints. rooms are big and spacious and beautifully decorated. the lobby is big and the swimming pool offers some privacy. the buffet breakfast at boulevard restaurant is excellent but worth mentioning is the warm and friendly service of all the restaurant staff especially the manager on duty. at only room for improvement is the front desk or reception staff other than miss anh. the lady on duty when we checked-in does not know how to smile. she is simply too cold and has no warm welcome to arriving guests. i have made my comments to the general manager on the form i found inside the room (i just hope he reads it).

We started our Vietnam trip in Ho Chi Minh at the bay hotel and were super satisfied! The only bad thing was that we got first a room where the bathroom was smelling bad, but we just could change to another room ! The staff is super friendly and one day we overslept the breakfast and even though it was already closed they prepared a breakfast for us. The hotel is also very clean and everything is new and we also enjoyed the rooftop pool ! The staff booked everything we asked. They are super organized

It was our first time to Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh and I had looked through so many hotel options, finally settling for A&EM Corner Saigon Hotel. After booking a room, I had contacted the hotel with some enquiries. My call was picked up by Nene, who then took it upon herself to ensure my stay was memorable, which she did very very very well. She helped ensure i had a good tour booked, she helped make sure to explain to me in detail directions around the hotel. She even what's apped me in the days coming up to my trip to ensure a proper pick up was done for me from the airport etc. and she checked up on us throughout our stay and she was simply wonderful. All the other staff and doormen etc were also very welcoming and courteous. Always willing to help. The doorman even helped me to go out and buy a padlock for my luggage on my last day there. Wonderful staff seriously. The hotel was quaint and pretty. Room is not that big, but the room deco and cosiness made up for the size. Hotel is walking distance, 3-5 mins from Ben Thanh Market and an awesome Food Street Market just below. The breakfast was also good, the breakfast area was beautiful as well. Overall, loved my stay in this hotel, would definitely recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is located at district 1, a prime area in ho chi minh. It's a 5-10 min walk to the markets, depending on how fast you walk, which is really fine. While I love staying in popular areas, I do not enjoy the noise that comes with it. The hotel is at a good street where it's not noisy (not a main road), and yet there are still shops and convenience shops below. The staff are really friendly too, and always greeting and smiling when we see them. The rooms are small, but fine for couples, and also cleanliness was not a problem. After we left, the hotel even sent a personal email thanking us for staying with them. Really top notch service! If I return I'll definitely book with them again.

I stayed at the Silverland Sakyo with my boyfriend and father at the beginning of a trip around Vietnam and this hotel was lovely. It was clean at all times and the rooms were beautiful. The pool and bar area on the roof were lovely to sit and relax in the afternoon breeze. All of the staff were immensely helpful and as we found throughout our stay in Vietnam, everyone is so friendly. We ate breakfast here everyday and it really was good - lots of choice and very fresh. We also had the complimentary afternoon tea on a couple of occasions during our stay. This was such a nice extra and was made even more enjoyable with traditional live music on Saturdays and Sundays. The area around the hotel is ideal for visitors to Ho Chi Minh - attractions were a short walk away and there were lots of well rated restaurants nearby. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here on future visits to Ho Chi Minh City - I very much recommend this hotel.

We arrived at 10h30 am and room was already available and we were charged $US25:00 for checking in before 14h00 . Lot of money for us Canadians especially that we told the clerk that we were leaving the hotel in four days at 06h00 in the morning and that they could charged again the same amount to another client arriving before checking time. That was our 5th hotel in Vietnam and we never encountered this problem before but we were told "hotel policy". As we left, we tried again to be refunded but at 05h50 in the morning we dealt with a night staff that did not cooperate with us again "hotel policy" was his answer. The final bill was difficult to understand as the amounts in Vietnamese did not match our invoices only the invoice number matched. Again, as we were leaving for the airport and that the employee had limited English speaking we had to pay the bill and move on. That was our last stop from Vietnam having visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Dalat and finally Ho chi minh and never encountered this problem in Vietnam. We left Ho chi minh on a sour note and flew to Siemp Reap. On a good note, the hotel is well located, very nice staff, good food, super nice room but very lousy policy for checking in. Travelers beware checking in before 14h00 it will cost you $US 25.00. Disappointed canadian traveller: Francine Mault

We had a great stay at Silverline Jolie. I was put off at first because our flight had been delayed and I emailed to let them know we would be arriving quite late and received no reply. I'd booked last minute and was worried they had not received the booking. On arrival, the check in process was very slow (probably due to the late hour and a skeleton staff on reception) and we were initially given a smoking room, which we asked to be changed. This was done so and a new room made up fairly quickly and in all honesty this was our only complaint about the stay. The rooms are beautifully decked out - lovely white furniture (very French boudoir) large beds and very spacious for Ho Chi Minh. The bathrooms also all had corner baths and a powerful shower attached. We were moved to the 6th floor so had a great view. The staff were extremely attentive, the bell boys were incredibly helpful - giving advice and directions, helping with cabs (one cab driver tried to cheat us out of change and the bell boy on duty spoke to him and insisted he give us our rightful change) and very concerned for our welfare telling us to be careful with our wallets and phones every time we left the hotel. The breakfast team were incredibly efficient and friendly and the selection on offer at breakfast was fantastic. As the hotel is in the Japanese area there were also Japanese options for breakfast as well as Vietnamese and Western options. This was one of the best breakfasts we had - thoroughly recommended! There was also a plunge pool and jacuzzi on the roof with some sun loungers. There is a lot of construction going on so the views aren't brilliant but good to have the option, this is also where the spa is. All in all a great stay, we will definitely stay here on our next Ho Chi Minh visit. Try Soju, a modern Korean restaurant around the corner. It's open til late (we ate at 1am after our flight delay) and the food is delicious. So good we went back the next night.

I travel to Ho Chi Minh for work a lot and this time travelled with my children for a holiday. There are lot of new hotels in town and they are mostly of a similar standard. Silverland Yen is quite special. Yes it is new, but instead of smelling of newly laid construction materials it smells of wood. There's lots of it, together with stylish scandi furniture. The staff are very friendly and welcome you with a kumquart iced tea upon arrival. There's a decent breakafast and complimentary afternoon tea...complete with violin and guitar player. In the midst of downtown Saigon, it really is a tranquil escape as soon as you enter the doors. Plunge pool on the rooftop is adequate and has sauna and bar. Definitely will be staying there next time I'm in town for business or leisure.

I booked a Junior Suite for two nights and since the first day i was greeted at the front door by the bellboy, i know that i will come back here again. Tracy, the Front office manager is very friendly, smart and helpful in handling guests' concerns. No wonder all her staffs are super nice too! Great team work and never tired of smiling. Located perfectly at the main road, i enjoy watching the busy traffic from my room window, also its easy to get around, near to many tour guide agents, walking distant to Halal restaurants at Malaysian street; walking distant to War Remnants Museum, Ben Thanh Market and you can stop and enjoy Vietnam ice coffee anywhere at the stalls by the road. Love the Junior suite too! Perfect room for a couple, its so big compared to all other hotel rooms we stayed in Ho Chi Minh. This room comes with free access to 1.4m swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and rooftop bar. Thank you Tracy and the whole Alagon D'Antique staff! Much love.

We stayed 3 nights here when we first arrived to Vietnam and everything was great. The room was big and the bed huge, perfect to rest after the long plane trip. The location is perfect, surrounded with places for eating and drinks at night and during the day we walked to the main places in Ho Chi Minh. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a tasty buffet. You cannot miss a relaxing swim in the top roof pool after walk all around the city

Everytime I have a business meeting here in Ho Chi Minh, I always stay in this hotel and it never fails to impress me. the breakfast choices is always great, the staffs are very helpful, the services are excellent, the room is super neat, elegant, cosy and clean plus now the newly built swimming pool is relaxing, specially after a tiring day.. it's good to have a dip. The location of this hotel is superb. I love staying in this hotel.

This is a good choice for American Business travelers. The front desk speak English well and will provide good suggestions for the surrounding area. Rooms are very clean and well maintained excellent value! Located in district 7 in Ho Chi Minh city. more affluent area, cleaner streets, traffic lights that work and followed! Only complaint would be the Cafe/restaurant in the lobby, food quality and service is poor, 5 minute walk to really good restaurants and mall.

The hotel was great. It's clean. The staff is exceptional. Breakfast is above average with a good variety. You need to ask specifically for the pho. You won't regret it! The location is within a 20 minute walk of EVERYTHING in Ho Chi Minh City. The wifi works well. There's 2 computers for anyone to use. They help make reservations. I only have 1 complaint. The bad: Agoda advertises them as having airport transfer. I sent a message to the hotel through Agoda asking for airport transfer, and no one was there waiting for us. As a result of that and our flight landing at 3am, we got scammed and completely ripped off for a ride to the hotel. The hotel did arrange for a taxi to return us to the airport when we left, and this time the price was quite reasonable.

My husband had a very good experience at the Paradise Hotel. We had a Premium Deluxe room which was a bit small, and the bathroom was large with all glass wall and door. Lack of privacy is understatement. I love my husband, but seeing him sitting on the toilet wasn't something very attractive :@. We upgraded to the Paradise suite with a jacuzzi outside the next day. It was money well spent. Breakfast was very good. The staffs were so helpfull and friendly. Because our flight to Nha Trang was early, the front desk staff offered us breakfast box to go (hot sandwich, boiled egg, and a bottle of water). I was very impressed and appreciative of the gesture. We have only stayed at The New World, Rex, and The Caravelle in Ho Chi Minh City, and none of these 5 star hotels had ever offered this to us. Highly recommend family and friends to stay at The Paradise.

We stayed on the 11th floor of this hotel which was a great idea as you could not hear any outside noise at night at all (if you have never stayed in Ho Chi Minh before, this is something to consider as traffic noise is constant and very loud) The room was nice and comfortable. We had a drink on the rooftop bar next to the rooftop pool one evening and the views over the city were lovely. The breakfast area has 360 degree views through the windows and once again is a nice view in the morning (if you want to get a window seat, you might want to get up early as the hotel breakfast area was full when we stayed there). We also arranged a day trip to Mekong through the hotel and they were extremely helpful (Hoi An Express) and I have to say that this tour was one of the best of the holiday so we chose them again to book other tours at other stays around Vietnam. All in all, I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Ho Chi Minh but would encourage anyone to request a high floor room if only for the outside noise.
