the hotel is located in the center of the city, the square is wonderful and you can reach everything you need by foot. price was ok for a big room with living room. we enjoyed jacuzzi bath...all in all the hotel was very good even if the rooms could be refreshed a little bit
Great hotel. Friendly staff, comfy room. Good wifi, breakfast awesome on first day, second day the choice of food was more limited, but still ok. Too bad a vistit to the (small) saunacomplex is not included in the price. Still not too expensive to boob: 3 euro for one hour/5 for 2 hours. I doubt if anyone checks your time spent, though. Food in the resto was great and ...

Beautiful place, like a palace, a better attitude from some of the staff will be nice... I like the place, it is very clean and beautiful. Reception people were fine and helpful. Was thinking to eat at the restaurant, but the attitude of the woman there, was not very welcoming, so I skip it and went to eat at the nearby shopping-mall.
Don't be scared of the building. Clean, quiet, reasonable price.

I have rarely spent the night in a hotel were the age of the building, the lovingness in renovation and the nice small details give a perfact match. You can feel the smell of history , but no stink or cheap short time compromise. Will come back if I have the chance.
Unfortunately there are no hotels in Novgorod with a modern standard and unfortunately is this hotel the only alternative.
The place is not far from station and market, also facilities in room are quite well, the most important thing is that the host are very kind and willing to share every informations if you need it!

Villa Ladoven is clean and spacious, highly recommend for groups. We hired a car and had onsite parking which was great. Short walk to shops and food!
