A nice small hotel in a very good location. It’s new hotel very clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but enough to start you day. Wifi was good. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I would stay again if I visit Kutaisi in future.
The location is very good, you can see all the city at the hotel. The Bagrati Church is only 400 meter away. The host is very enthusiasm, and give us two bottles of wine as gifts. We have a good time at the hotel.
Amazing hotel, peaceful oasis in te city, well named harmony. Family staff, served as anyone hope. Breakfast with homemade excellent food. Free transfer to unmatched restaurant with live music and very funny people. Great sample of Georgian hospitality. Recomendable without doubt.

Stay away from the triple room cause it is in the basement with strong humidity smell. Terrible mattresses, pour breakfast and no credit cards accepted. The piano in the living room is just a tourist trap
The host is very friendly and the house has a lot of charme, it's feels a bit like a living room, not like a hotel. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the city. It's only a few minutes walk to the center. Recommended!
Very warm and friendly owner. You can ask him almost everything. Guesthouse is quite new. For my only inconvenience was that you should care about you head in dining room in basement. (My height is 182 cm.) Everything else is OK!
The hosts are very kind, helpful and flexible, the location is perfect, the room and the bathroom was clean and nice as well. We loved stay there! When we go back to Georgia, this place will be chosen! <3

The old lady who owns this place is very friendly and us free breakfast and provided teas/coffee and biscuits. The place has old charm and is clean and well furnished. I wish only for a fan to be in the room as it gets quite hot in summer.
The hotel is very clean an the view from the balcony is very beautiful and you can walk to white and red bridge , Wendy’s and Kutaisi city center and Teo is very nice she let us to use kitchenette and the washer and dryer for free

It's a guest house with some basic facilities but you can get your own private room with shared bathroom. The location is very strategic, right at the city center as it name says. The owner is very friendly and recommended me the best Khinkali in town.

too expensive. tv had no channels in any western european language, internet sporadic. worst was that i arranged breakfast for 8am, when i came downstairs they said come back at 9 nobody bothered to call my room to tell me. it really messed up my travel plans for the day

Simple comfortable room. Thin walls are unfortunate due to noisy neighbours, but staff was friendly and helpful. Great location close to restaurants, shops, bus stop, and market. Breakfast was simple and not so great. Overall though, a good value hotel. We paid 160gel for two nights in standard room.
The female host made me feel very welcoming, treated me more like a relative than a guest. I even have the unforgettable experience of watching her bake bread in the kitchen while having my breakfast. The female host lent me an umbrella while it was raining heavily outside and before I stepped out, so touched for all the helps provided by her. Will highly recommend any...
although guest rooms are upstairs, it is still a family house but very peaceful and with a green garden
