Beautiful house, incredible hosts, great guests, delicious food. If you can book a room here, do it!
Great location, near Sighnaghi and Telavi. If you are without a car , the owner can meet you at the airport. Good recreation area, has everything you need for a BBQ. The rooms are new and clean with a beautiful design. There is one drawback, the hotel is no heating system(in winter time), only electrical heaters. Call in advance and ask the owner to warm up the room.
No WiFi access, no bedside lamp only bright fluorescent overhead light
Fantastic place to stay in this location, probably the most ideal place to relex, fantastic people (Nile and Zaal). They both are the institute of courtesy. The neighborhood is not that lively but if you spending your day outside and want to return back early enough to Guest house for relex then you can not have any better choice.

Stayed here the second time and was as satisfied as before. Wonderful host family, early check-in without a problem, got a room upgrade, comfortable bed, clean facilities, strong Wi-Fi, a bottle of wine.... and all of that for an unbelievable low price. Will stay here again when I come back to Telavi.
the host was amazingly friendly. she let us check in early. and even brought us some pancakes and wine on arrival. The location is amazing, and even better view from the terrace. we had the breakfast in the morning. we were only two people, but she gave us enough food for 6 people. and it was delicious. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

I enjoyed very much that stay, it is the perfect place to visit cultural sites around Telavi. The restaurant attached was very convenient.
Highly recommended resort, phenomenal restaurant. Lots to explore nearby, though you could just relax onsite and be happy. The staff was extremely helpful and competent across the board.
The host was very welcoming and Signagi is a beautiful city. The people are very nice to tourists.

They think with you when you have questions and spoil you with homemade wine and fruit. We would definitely reccommend this guesthouse and please ask for the breakfast.

It was a rainy day. Nice that the host picked us up from the bus station. The welcoming snacks were tasty with the fig in honey the best. The Azer tea was very good too. Breakfast was good enough though not the best we had. The room was a bit cold though. Overall quite a nice place and inexpensive.
Nice staff managing a family restaurant and guest house. Clean but basic room; small bathroom. As basic accommodation, recommended, but the value for the money is not strong. Sighnaghi is a beautiful small town, but neither the restaurants nor shopping there is impressive.
