The hotel is quite nice with lovely amenities. Unfortunately, the 2 nights we were there just happened to be the days they closed the indoor pool and spa for maintenance. Unfortunately, they failed to notify us in advance. Because it was cold weather, the outdoor pool was unusable. So we were left feeling incredibly disappointed not being able to use the facilities. The breakfast has lots of options. However, many items lack flavor and are not very tasty. It’s good value though for those who get it as a package with accomodation.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Lovely lake view from room. Super clean place. Very pleasant staff. Helpful yet un intrusive. I made a mistake in my booking dates and contacted agora immediately. Though the reservation was no refundable, the manager was flexible and canceled it. I then booked again without hassles and got the room I wanted on the correct dates. The only thing that bothered me a bit about the hotel was that you can hear guests in other rooms. Fortunately, I stayed here during the week and in low season, so it was very quiet most of the time. I am planning on staying in this hotel again in spring. The landscape and landforms are breathtaking. Highly recommend this Enastron.
