It's a nice hotel if you like onsen and prefer staying at central of Kochi. I do like free soba for supper !!!

7days hotel plus is in wonderful condition with a great staff. the location is within easy walking distance to shopping, and kochi castle (20 minutes approximately). hotel is a little far to walk to kochi station, but is quick ride by taxi. continental breakfast is included.

This Hotel is located in between Kochi JR station and Kochi Castle. There is a food street nearby the hotel. Also, not so far distance to hirome market. The 3 beds room is so spacious and made our stay be very comfortable. We will stay at this hotel on our next trip to Kochi.

The hotel staff members were excellent and the best part about the stay. Siya (sp?) spoke excellent English and was especially helpful. A bit clumpsy in locating the hotel and needed the assistance of hotel staff to identify the carpark. Some directions in English woild help. Hotel staff very forthcoming. Spacious room and great view of the river. Just a10-minute walk across the river to the centre of the town. Hotel staff very forthcoming. Great value for money.

The staff if very nice here, Although there are some problem to use English for communication, the staff try their best to help us during our stay. Their are only limited parking space below the hotel and you need to go to their 2nd car park with 2-3 minutes walk if the parking is full.

Great location. Twin room , good beds, quiet. Restaurants, castle, station nearby. Kochi is a great place to visit.

I had a great time at the Nikko. It's 10 minutes walk to shopping, 20 minute walk to the Kochi castle. It's in a quiet street. The room is spacious for a single person. It has a nespresso machine, room is cleaned daily and breakfast is so good. All in all, I had a great time at the Nikko.

I left my camera charger at Kochi Hotel and only found out when I was on my way to Oboke. The staff at Kochi Hotel was so thoughtful to arrange courier of my charger to Kotohira, which is my last stop of the trip. The breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is in the city centre. I would recommend this hotel.

A great budget hotel the staff were absolutely first class nothing was too much trouble, the little extras like the laundry room, and the reception staff made it for me, breakfasts were good.

Just 4-minute walk to JR Kochi Station. The interior design of the hotel is modest. The room is clean. What really impresses me would be its breakfast. There are four to five types of breakfast, in both Japanese and Western style. One can have a full breakfast at a price as little as ¥200!!!! It comes with eggs, ham, salad, spaghetti, toasts, miso soup and juice/coffee...

An spacious hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. Close to the castle. Watch out if you use the in-house onsen or swimming pool ¥2500 per person charge! A bit steep for a a basement facility.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while walking the Shikoku Henro pilgrimage. I was pleasantly surprised by my room. At first, we had hesitation of booking the hotel as it was far away from the JR Kochi Station. However, we could take the tram free with our Shikoku Rail Pass and enjoy a city tour of Kochi on the way. And we could start to visit the Kochi Castle immediately after check-in the hotel.
