Super staff very friendly and kind. Rooms are well-cleaned everyday. The location is quite good. It's my third stay in Jounieh Suite so I definitely recommend this hotel.
it was a nice staying at this hotel with its big room with sitting area consisting of a convenient sofa the hotel is located in the heart of jounieh on the mail shopping street but quite no noise the hotel have nice garden and swimming facilities in summer and offer nice breakfast with delicious pastery and many options of arabic braun beens and sausage
it is a unique stay, best place near souk jbeil, no need for car, coffee shops within the facilities. great lebanese food. everything is very clean, organized, big size room, comfortable beds, delicious food and staff very friendly and helpful.our stays was for six nights and we would sure come in near future.

The hotel is located in a very strategic location with the beach just beside the hotel. The road beside the hotel is very busy and has a lot of restaurants. A great little place right by the harbour. Rooms were petite but adequate with a nice patio area to relax and have a drink. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. I thought, for the price, it was excellent. I would definitely stay there again, especially good for couples looking for a romantic getaway.
Nice enough weekend retreat in a beautiful historical setting. However, the hotel was a bit run down and could do with some renovation. Food was not hotel standard. Service was not particularly friendly. All in all, not great value for money. They even charged an extra fee for parking, which you think would be waived given the room charges!
The staff were very friendly and immediately responded to our needs including calling a cab, advice on best ways to visit tourist sites. However, the internet was slow, similar to our experience in other hotels in Lebanon. The room cost was also somewhat expensive compared to hotels we also stayed in nearby Jounieh and Beirut.
I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Firstly they acknowldged that I am a honeymooner. Secondely I received a very good service, besides the honeymooners Breakfast in the room, which was free of charges. Staff is very friendly, and they interact with you every where. I also want to mention that we had a very fast and hassle free check in and check out experience....

The Terre Brune Hotel was awesome. Beautifully and artistically decorated. The staff was courteous and helpful. The food was great. The fireplace was stunning. The views from the room were lovely. The room was quite comfortable. A very nice place to go for a romantic weekend. I will return soon.
Had a great weekend near by the sea and amusing historical features. Beach can be reached within 3 mins by walk, to get to all restaurants and sightseeing attractions will take you no more than 10 mins.

A good place with close proximity to ski slopes. Except I thought wifi was available in all rooms but discovered in common areas only. Common areas are smoking and not appealing for kids. George and Mrs Sonia were great
We asked for service with no response , breakfast was bad , room was with sofa bed but unfortunatily they let my frien to pay for extra bed is this fear !!!! For first visit we are not satisfied ,, elictricity is off many times aday we shocked 🙁 The most thing we like is the pool was amazing

Hotels gym should have more equipment and on agoda app during the search its showing breakfast included then last page breakfast disappears so I thought its already included since it was mentioned on the first page however when I checkout from the hotel i found out it wasn’t included that issue should be fixed
The Terre Brune Hotel was awesome. Beautifully and artistically decorated. The staff was courteous and helpful. The food was great. The fireplace was stunning. The views from the room were lovely. The room was quite comfortable. A very nice place to go for a romantic weekend. I will return soon.
