The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were there during the off season and we had their total attention which made us feel special. I can see that it is genuine and that the same experience would be true in the peak season as well. The facilities were so clean and nice. When you enter the room, the curtain goes up automatically so that you can see the Aegean Sea! During a clear day, the views are spectacular of the sea to the east and Mt. Olympus to the west. Would definitely stay there again!

Hospitality: Cafe at arrive, cafe at any morning, umbrella when it rains, reserved parking spot by host. In Paralaia, public parking spots are outside of city, and almost all streets are very thin. But our host spotted a point for our car, every day we went for hiking. He was very attentive during our holiday, but was not indiscreet. He also introduced hiking plans when he heard our purposes. Location: 2 streets from beach, market, bakery, restaurants are more closer. Because of cancellations and other "last-minute-guests" we got bigger rooms than we booked. Price: You can find out yourself :) About conditions: Hotel conditions are like better collage dormitories, and was extremely clean. For this price and location, it was the best choice we can ever make. There are more luxurious hotels, but far away from center and beach. I am ashamed that we did not prepared any gift from our homeland for our host.

I stayed for a week in June 2012. I had one of the smaller rooms which was still a large double, ensuite and a large balcony with great views of surrounding country side and Mount Olympus. The room also had a kettle, cups, glasses and a large fridge so you can buy your own food and drinks etc. The hotel is family run and they are lovely people who are do their best to please. Th

The venue is in the middle of the village's square so its rather noisy. The room was good clean and big .BUT the room was right above the Taverna and as i said there was noise until late and the corredors smell of souvlaki. There are plenty of other hotels in the area which have better view and quiet. We didnt have the time to find anything else as we booked it one day before we went, Other info ,be prepared to walk on stone old slippery roads and uphills. Very difficult and dangerous for young children. I would recommend not to take children with you and have a romantic escape for 2 in that village.

To start with, if you havnt got your own car, it can be difficult! If you come by Bus , they will DROP YOU OFF ON THE FREEWAY! Then you have to WALK about 2.5 km into town! Best to come/go by TRAIN. To get around you need to have your own transport or the wonderful guys on the front desk will help arrange a hire car for you. The rooms are beautiful, we had been on the road for several weeks so it was so nice to feel so comfortable and made to feel at home. Great location to see local sites, Dion, Mount Olympos, and the Castro all an easy drive away

When we arrived, they welcomed us with cherry juices at the reception. Then, the reception gave us suggestions of what to do in Litochoro and near by areas. They helped me to arranged the taxi to Prionia and prepared a pack of breakfast for me for the hike because I left the hotel before their breakfast time. They have a nice swimming pool although I didn't use it. The breakfast is perfect, they serve various kind of fruits, jams, sauces, waffles, fried eggs, olives, cheeses, ham, bread, cakes....The hotel is just few minutes walk from the main street. And when we check out, they offered us water for the trip and a pack of oregano as a gift, it's a surprise!

Most friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is family run and they made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, the beds vey comfortable and the towels were always very fresh. The location is very good since it is very close to the sea, the train station, the attractions near by as well as the shopping. Thank you guys for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and we will be using it again when we next visit.
