Puerto Rico Island hotels & accommodations

This place was different level. The service was amazing. From the moment i stepped out of my Uber; every need was met with the utmost attention. Every single employee of this hotel deserves an award. They are all very well informed/trained and curated the most beautiful experience for my girlfriend and I. We will be back every time we visit puerto rico !

The Hyatt Bayamom was located about 20-30 minutes' ride from Condova, the busy beach city center. So with Uber it took me about $11-17 to go to old San Juan or Condova. Because it was a holiday season, we paid about $290 per night including taxes ($250, the rate only). It was relatively easy to get Uber to get around, and there is free trolley to get around in Bayamon ...

This resort certainly is beautiful. Rooms and all the facilities were lovely. It’s very remote which is tough — a one way trip from the airport added $80 to the already expensive stay. I really wished there was an all inclusive package. Not sure at all why there isn’t. I would understand having some of the restaurants as restrictions but the bars certainly could partic...

The hotel was full as it was the US spring break (hence expensive) yet it was reasonably quiet. Rooms were large with comfortable beds and good furnishings. Varied items for breakfast including hot items and very good. Location is good being very close to the airport and although you can hear the planes from the pool deck the soundproofing inside the hotel is very good...

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is constantly cleaning, which I have never seen in any other hotel. The pool by the main hotel is excellent, but if you take a short free shuttle ride to the Golf course, you get a much more spacious pool and less crowded. The hotel is near the beach, but the beach is not one to really swim in, but one to enjoy the view ...

Great place for a relaxing time, yet its got many things to do. From Kayaking, Paddleboard, to laying at one of their beach gazebos, catching a ride to Gilligans island on their private boat. Gilligans is beautiful! The common grounds are gorgeous! Super clean and the staff gets 5 stars on hospitality. Everyone was so nice and attentive. The rooms are big and very clea...

I Stay a Wekeend, Great Place if you gone vist center and nort island. They are very close to recibo, Ouletts in barceloneta caverns of camuy, running horses in manatí beach and to visit cave window, to know a little bit of Puerto Rican culture in Arecibo Lighthouse or to jump in parachute.

We stayed on two separate occasions during the course of one week. I had written in earlier about my disappointment with my first night there, but in my earlier comments I had even forgotten to mention that not only was the breakfast poor, we had paid on average US$200-250/night and could bearly sleep since we were kept up my music and what sounded like a nightclub nea...

Updated room photos needed. Booked a king bed, received two full beds, staff stated they were out of king beds. I had to be moved to another room since the ceiling in my original one was leaking. I was also charged a resort fee at the hotel yet when I booked through Agoda that showed as part of the fees when reservation was paid in full. I will be calling to obtain cre...

We stayed for 1 night and it was fine, small rooms but the place has character, everything a little old but not bad at all, the a/c made alot of noise but wasn't really a issue, the bar was cool but was right next to our room although noise wasn't an issue (apart from a/c), couldn't get the television to receive a good enough picture to watch which was a bit annoying, ...

Let's be frank. It is truly regrettable the fact that unless you pay $18.95 for indoor parking or $25 for Valet parking, you would have a hell of a time to park your rental. If you decide not to have a rental, using taxies is prohibitive. This was the warm welcome we got when we arrived at the hotel. The room was great up to Friday when we got a surprise. The room was ...

this hotel has a great location on the beach and on isla verde. however, our room that costs us more than a night had no refrigerator/bar and no plama tv. the bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean. the restroom was kind of small and poorly equiped for a hotel of this status. we arrived at the hotel at 10pm but the hotel personnel was very friendly and very...

The hotel had a pool and hot tub which made the stay very positive. The front desk staff were awesome. Special thanks to Scarlet who was super helpful. The facilities were acceptable. The only complaint was that breakfast was a little crowded at times and the food was sometimes dry. The location and price were excellent.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the shower. You could not maintain water pressure or temperature. Everything else was great. The staff was nice. Our room had a good view. Felt the hotel charged a larger fee but delivered less than the quality such a fee should cover.

The location of the hotel was good. More than enough bars and restaurants within walking distance. But didn't have to leave the property to have fun at night. Casino on site was fun. There was a sports bar that showed all the football games on Sunday and the lounge was hopping on Saturday night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service came in a reasonabl...

Overall, very good. You cannot beat the location- the beach, convenience stores, restaurants and bars are only a step away and you are paying much less than the vast majority of hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast, however, was underwhelming and the walls are a bit thin with the rooms being so close together. Thus noisy guests can so...
Cheap places to stay in Puerto Rico Island

The best place to stay in Isla Verde. Marisol is so kind, helpfull and made me feel very welcome. The house is in a great location, close to the beach, the room and facilities are nice and clean, totally worth for the money. I would defenitely stay here again and I will recomend this place to all of my friends.

This was a very bad place to stay. Not clean. No water in the shower. Broken toilet. No wifi in the room or in the lobby. The aircond was very cold all the time and made a lot of noise. It was not possible to adjust the temperature. I froze all the time, even with all my clothes on. Many guests complained to the owner and the staff. Nothing happened. They replied very a...

The hosts were incredibly gracious! They explained the area, the things happening in town, provided maps of local eateries and the bus lines - very friendly folks. The rooms were very, very clean, the bed was super comfy, cable TV was available, the bathroom had a very spacious shower and the bedrooms have 2 AC units that you can control. The home is 2 blocks away from...

If you're looking for luxury this is not your hotel but if you're looking for a clean confy room with excellent location, this is it. Clean rooms, relaxing terrace on the roof and excellent location. Walking distance from supermarket, restaurants and the beach.

After traveling around Puerto Rico for a few days, it was a pleasure to stay at Parguera Plaza Hotel. The managers were warm and welcoming and made me feel like part of the Parguera Plaza family immediately. They were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, and were able to help organize activities on the fly. They went out of their way to make my holiday better. Rooms were...

It was great! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Just FYI, GPS routes you to a place down the street but the address is clearly marked so keep on driving! You walk out the back door and you're on the beach. We LOVE the white noise, but the waves were unusually loud and crashed very violently during our stay (we were told it was unusually windy) so we slept pretty p...

i will always use the hotel again on all my future trips to the san juan condado, puerto rico area. i have tried several economical hotels but this one has been the best and i correct is has been the very best. it also includes a nice continental breakfast and the eating area is very clean. the young man serving the clients in the breakfast area was very polite,co...

for the price you pay it's a great deal. the room and facility are clean and well kept. it is not super fancy but i found it to be comfortable and convenient. i'm very pleased with my stay, i didn't mind having to walk up and down the stairs and the staff was very kind and helped me with my luggage both when i came to the hotel and when i left. i also liked that they g...

We trusted Agoda.com to have actual knowledge of the establishments they push on their site but that is not the case. We had a Booking Confirmation to this place but when we got there, the hotel doors were chained and padlocked. The owner saw us with our confirmation in hand and could not believe that this happened. The hotel has been closed for renovations since la...

The room was clean, but quite small. The noise from the air conditioner was the main issue for me. Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited to white bread and cereals etc. only. The staff was polite and willing to help with booking daily activities etc. The building itself looks very cute from outside.

Our stay was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we used bookings.com to book this hotel, and after they put us on hold for 45+ minutes (when we were giving them a courtesy call to announce our arrival) their representative was incredibly rude to my wife and me. We will not use booking.com in the future, and we recommend others to not use their services either.

The Hotel Belgica is a pretty basic hotel. Rooms are OK, but not very interesting. The balcony room is not a good choice, as there is no glass in the door, and no screen, so the room is either open to the street or dark. Might as well stay in an interior room with no windows. The bar across the street is VERY NOISY until 3AM. The breakfast is served in the main hallway...

Nice location, historic building, staff were nice. Elevator not working, no staff to help with baggage. 2 flight, long stairway. Room 202 wallpaper old and torn. Hard bed, flat old pillows, room is very small. Door frames old and cracked. Will not return

We are from barceloneta puerto rico and we found out about the Gran Melia hotel by the impacting photos we saw on the internet. On arrival to the hotel it was breath taking on how beautiful and relaxing thing could be. The photos where true not a hoax like others and we had a great time. The suroundings, personel and the attention was excelent first class. Thanks Agoda...
