PROS: walking distance to saga station. very nice room. has amenities like small refrigerator, bath kits, hot and cold shower, tv and wifi in the room. walking distance to a mini stop convenience store. saga station has shops where you can buy cheap items and grocery. walking distance to some restaurants. CONS: not much to do around. far from tourist spots.

The whole experience was totally awesome! I totally enjoyed my 2 days stay at the hotel considering the fact that I was travelling alone. I'm glad I booked 2 days with them. The whole place was very energetic and lively. Keep it up!

My wife and I stayed in from 12-14 Oct and we were given a nice big japanese style room. We were unable to get the non-smoking room so they tried their best to clean the room. Little bite far to city centre. Drive around 15mins. Place is nice. But air condition for capsule is little hot and environment is little noisy.

Veyr good resort hotel with free parking. Bedroom is very big with balcony. A very beautiful garden with free entrance to hotel guest is adjacent to the hotel and we took a lots of photographs. It should be recommended.

The hotel is well served by various bus services. We left the window open for cold and fresh air at night, the geese/birds sound from the canal is a great and pleasant wake up call. The front desk manager helped us with restaurant reservation and arranging luggage courier, this is much appreciated. We will be back to Saga for the air balloon fest one day!

It was a very relaxing and pleasant stay! The manager at the resort is very friendly and helpful, pick up us from the main bus station, helped us organised the bus booking to Hakata, given us a free upgrade for the 2nd and 3rd night. Food, accommodation and service are all good. This is the third onsen hotel I stayed in this area and so far, I like it the most.

The hotel is close to JR Tosu Station. The staff is friendly but can little speak English. The room is clean and I have a view of mall and park (with Christmas decoration) of Tosu city.

Parking is available at 530 JPY at their premise. Breakfast provides a wholesome spread. Great location for 2019 Saga International Balloon Fiesta.

Although the place is quite far from the main station but you'll get one of the best view of this town. Their breakfast is really awesome so don't miss out! Hotel located inside some park, very relax. During my stay, there wasn't much guest. Felt like I have owed the hotel. The lobby is nicely decorated. I have also enjoyed the dinner and breakfast there in the hotel restaurant.
