The hotel was centrally located. It has a modern section and two large rooms which are in the old style. We choose the large room which had a huge bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet and was satisfactory. English was spoken.
Excellent situation. Very friendly stall. The rooms in the old building are of different size. The room was furnished with old time furniture. There were seats for 10 people in our big room. Nice.
One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Amazing staff, warm, friendly and helpful. Fantastic homemade breakfast. Great location. (Though it's right in the centre you don't feel like being in the city.) Good atmosphere, very social place and it's easy to meet other people. And last but not least, they have 4 cute dogs to cuddle and play with. Highly recommended :-)
We stayed one night before heading to Valbona and one night after coming down from Theth. (They allowed free luggage storage which was a bonus.) The first night we couldnt sleep a wink due to loud guest, loud barking dogs, and loud neighbors. Nice place with a garden owned by welcoming mother and son. Breakfast included. Cats and dog for animals lovers!
Staff were very kind, and they were helpful. Dont waste your money for other places.
We arrived late and although they did not have our Agoda booking they found us a room - not what we had booked thought. A meal was organised which was delicious but expensive for Albania. The atmosphere in the outdoor dinning courtyard was delightful. Our family room had a very tiny double bed and the internet was poor.
The guesthouse was clean and comfortable and the people were wonderful. Meals were delicious and the family was so helpful to us. The location is beautiful too. I wish we had stayed longer.

From our first minutes being welcomed by Bap and his mum, to our goodbyes, we felt like home. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise served at the balcony for two. We only wished we had more time to stay at Shkoder to interact more with our friendly hosts and to soak in more of the city.
We had an amazing visit. The views were incredable, and thr room was perfect. At first we were concerned how far out of the city we were, but it wasnt a problem. The staff gave us rides to town, and were very helpful and kind. The taxi back was less then 500 lek, and the resturant was good prices and delicious. We loved it. Would recommend 100%.

The owner was quite friendly and helpful, but the place was quite hard to find - there were no big, obvious signs to tell us where the apartment was - we had the street name but no number of the place on the street...the apartment itself was alright.
