Best hotels & accommodations in Soc Trang Province

Location is the best advantage, near the 30-4 park/square. We came late in the evening and leave early the next day to go to Con Dao, so didn't spend much time there. I came to Soc Trang once and stayed at Hai Yen hotel which is overrated on Agoda. This hotel is much better worth the money.

Located on the outer edge of Soc Trang, away from city centre. The hotel itself is off the main road so less traffic noise. Clean room, friendly staff. Local street food just around the corner. Suitable for single/couples, not so much families with children.

The staff was attentive and kind and the room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Must go see the bats at sunset at the nearby pagoda. Our only complaint was the caged macaques in the courtyard. Seemingly healthy male adult and baby in a cage with trash on the bottom was truly heartbreaking. We wish the animals were free

We didnot have shower for first 2 days by the look of rusty shower head until our local relatives told us no harms !!! Very hard matress, holes in bed cover and no proper blanket. Towers too small. Shocking toilet paper quality. Cold air cond blowing cold air to your face due to air cond location. Smoking smell even non-smoking room booked. Nice staff, fast checkout. ...

I've stayed here four or five times over the past ten years and it used to be OK, but now it's well and truly seen better days and I'll stay elsewhere when next in...

This stay was fun because the hotel is off the main road and so a chance to see the life of the neighborhood. Be aware there are also Hotels Xuan Huynh 1 and 2. The taxi from the bus station dropped us off at 1, and the clerk there called and directed us down a nearby dirt street toward 3. We passed 2 on the way. The room is clean and new with strong air conditioning ...
