Beautiful location and view of the bay of Tunis/suburb, beach snorkeling so so, excellent food at the restaurant and nice pool area. Hammam was closed for a month, no mention of that during booking! I would return to this hotel nonetheless

Excellent service, cheerful faces, very welcoming people that leave a very positive impression about Tunis and Tunisian people , need to work a bit more on housekeeping service, other than that it was amazing experience 💕💕

Room, scarfs and towels arent clear. Manager is woman who isnt polite. But Other worker is good. Specially, cleaning personel and reception. And breakfast isnt enough.

This was my second time and wont be my last. The staff is the major asset of this hotel. Loooking forward to my next visit. Just a side-note: prices for items taken from the mini bar are on the high side but then it's not only in this hotel that one has to pay such prices. Otherwise everything was close to perfect.

Wonderful small and intimate hotel with a very individual layout. Lovely rooms and pools, great staff. Super location in the middle of Sidi Bou Said with views down over the Med. Highly recommended if you have a few days in Tunis.

Was delighted with my first stay in Ibis Tunis. Staff are helpful and fast to attend to request. I would highly recommend to any traveler. However be wary of taxi touts outside hotel.

The basic room is small but sufficient with clever design to maximize efficiency. The location is great in the center of the center. Here, you are walking distance to most of the main attractions in Tunis. The hotel is just off the main avenue and close to the road to the airport, train and bus station. The walls are thin. Breakfast was basic but good.

Hotel was central, just 3min walk from Ave Habib Bourguiba. The staff was helpful with my questions, the wifi and hot shower worked well, and the room was clean and tidy. There was a mosquito in the room I couldn't quite get rid of though.

This nice hotel is surrounded by many shops,stores, restuarants and cofes. I have enjoyed walking in the streets nearby. The guest room is large enough and clean. In short, the services, in general, are good. I highly recommend it to other visitors. I will certainly return to this same hotel very soon.

Taxi drivers in Tunis are a pain: the hotel is off the beaten tracks and the taxis complain about the roads. Hotel has their own taxi drivers, so call in advance and organize a pick up with them.

The rooms are old and worn out. The swimming pool is great with party music blasting creating a fun atmosphere. Access to its own beach, though not the best but it's still lovely.

I would use it again but it is a small apartment that although names the 'Garden Flat' is not much of a garden to see. Could do with a good clean but all equipment functioned such as washing machine and TV.
