We stayed in homestay for one night in a ground floor room. The staff was really nice and did laundry for us overnight (100 000 VND). The place is clean, there was only cold water in the bathroom. We had problem with some animal that was scratching in our room for whole night. Location is perfect, you can easily visit city by foot.
