Everything was great other than our checkout. We had an early morning bus to catch and asked the night before if a taxi would be available that early in the morning and they said they would call the taxis for us if we were in the lobby by 0615. No one was at the desk and we and could not get any attention even when we called them, so we left the key on the desk and ran to catch a taxi and barley made our bus departure.

Old-school heritage hotel in a superb location to explore Granada”
This is an old-school hotel with Garcia's relate heritage in a perfect location to explore what Granada has to offer. Cleanliness standards were perfect. I totally enjoyed my staying with exception of a couple of things such as lack or a iron and a hotel from the hotel. They would probably say that this is due to restrictions related to COVID to which I reply that it is much easier to sanitise either device after a guest's use:-)

W E WERE GIVEN A VERY SMALL ROOM UPON ARRIVAL AND WERE UNABLE TO SLEEP DUE TO THE STREET BSR BELOW THE ROOM AND AWFUL BED.HOWEVER THEY CHANGED ARE ROOM FOR A MUCH BETTER VERY QUIET ONE WHEN WE CONPLAINED THE NEXT MORNING.

Al Alhambra visit”
We stayed here for the second time in Granada to visit the Alhambra Palace. The location is great, on a quiet street but close to everything in the town, the cathedral being just 5 mins walk away. We stayed room only, and paid for breakfast in the cafe/bar in the hotel, which was great, choosing from croissants to a full english breakfast. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. Although the towels could do with renewing, being on the thin side. A good choice for a couple of days city break.

Good location but very noisy”
We booked this hotel based on other reviews, location and price. We have 2 dogs and a campervan. As the hotel is in a very narrow street with shared vehicle and padestrian use it is not easy to come in a campervan. The receptionist suggested a public carpark 300m away, which was fine. It had a 2m height restriction. The staff are friendly, the room a bit worn but clean. The WiFi was good. The locations excellent, among the restaurant area about 30m stroll from the Alhambra, 10m from cathedral. There was a lot of noise from the restaurants in the street, both late evening and early morning. Some noise is understandable given the location, but the sound insulation was poor, so we didn't get a good night's sleep.

Great location and large spacious rooms. ”
i had gone to granada for a short weekend to have a break from the hubbub of málaga. this hotel was excellent and the staff were so helpful and polite. you will find some of the most traditional taverns and restaurants close by and the hotel is placed just a few minutes walk from all the amenities. if you like traditional andalucian style places, then this hotel is well worth a visit. ( also,checkout the bar el patio del toro, excellent food, drink and atmosphere) hotel has an association with the poet f. g. lorca and the hotel has some interesting memorabilia about him. over-all; wonderful hotel and extremely reasonable rates.

This hotel is close to the city centre with many bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel car park is close buy but expensive. Get the staff to help you park your car as the narrow ramps are difficult to negotiate. Good breakfast but average coffee. It’s better to pay for a good coffee from the adjoining restaurant. Excellent WiFi connection in the rooms.

A very nice Spanish classic style hotel, neat”
Aussie husband, Japanese wife, this suited us both, lovely hotel with very helpful staff, great self-serve breakfast that was included, and overall extremely good value. Small quiet street, but close to many resturants and the shopping area. Rooms are all different shapes. Pleased to recommend.

Pleasant hotel in city centre”
We generally enjoyed our stay in this hotel. However, in one of our rooms the toilet flooded in the middle of the night; the water spread through the room and into the corridor. It took some persuasion to get the night porter to come upstairs to mop the floors; but when he finally came up he did arrange for us to be moved to the bride suite for the rest of the night. This was just an incident; apart from this our stay was enjoyable.

Convenient location, lousy breakfast!”
The hotel was nicely located close to shopping and dining, but the main historic attractions such as the Alhambra and Albaicin were a bus or taxi ride (about 30 minutes) away. The staff were friendly enough but the breakfast was basic, cold and lousy, the coffee stale and awful. They also wanted me to pay for the in-room safe, which I found astounding.
