Just 250 metres from Cagliari Cathedral, Relais Santa Croce offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Cagliari harbour is 1 km away. With a soft coloured décor, rooms at the Santa Croce Relais come with a flat-screen TV. The modern private bathroom has a shower. Really enjoyed our stay here. Mauro was an excellent host— very gracious and knowledgeable about Cagliari. The room was even better than it looked in pictures— beautiful view of the city and an easy walk down into the city. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Parking may be tricky, if possible contact the property to get directions on where to go prior to arrival.

Beautiful Location & Wonderful Staff”
Everything could not be nicer. You should be prepared to climb steps to get to the Relais and when you leave it. You are at the top of the Castle with magnificent views and within walking distance of the Elephant Tower. There is an elevator in the building. Staff was most helpful.

Séjour parfait, douceur et tranquillité”
L'accueil, la gentillesse, l'atmosphère, le confort, la beauté du lieu, les détails, les petites attentions ... tout m'a séduit. Cette maison d'hôte est sublime, idéalement située sur les hauteurs avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville, la mer, le ciel et les montagnes. C'est une ancienne demeure restaurée avec raffinement, très bien entretenue, très confortable, où il règne une atmosphère apaisante. J'avais réservé pour 3 nuits et finalement je suis restée une semaine. J'ai donc séjourné dans trois chambres différentes, toutes très confortables (literie, salle de bains) et où rien ne manque. La pièce commune est délicieusement meublée et décorée, offrant une vue à couper le souffle, disposant d'une belle bibliothèque, d'informations de toutes sortes, de café, thé, petits gâteaux... Et pour les personnes qui ont besoin d'une connexion Internet, le réseau interne fonctionne très bien. La situation géographique est centrale, on peut visiter de nombreux lieux à pieds, et facile d'accès lorsqu'on n'a pas de voiture (bus n°8 et ascenseur près du bastion St Remy). Les petits déjeuners se prennent dans des cafés/restaurants juste en bas de la maison situés autour de la terrasse panoramique qui surplombe la ville (une mention spéciale pour le Libarium dont j'ai fait mon QG pour des moments de pause contemplative: accueil sympathique et bonne cuisine, apéro généreusement accompagné de petits amuse-bouches variés). J'ai séjourné fin avril, période idéale pour les amoureux de la tranquillité, pour savourer la vie de quartier et pour des escapades printanières dans la nature environnante. J'ai eu peu l'occasion de croiser Alessandro, mais il a su se rendre disponible même à distance durant et après mon séjour. Grazie di tutto!
