Wonderful Stay”

Best hotel I've stayed in for the cost. It's like a 4 star hotel for the cost of a 2 star. Rooms were quite spacious compared to other business style hotels in Japan. It's an old hotel, but it's well kept and very clean. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Amazing Breakfast ”

Rooms are decent, a little dated but clean. Unfortunately we had to stay in a smoking room and it smelled ofcourse like cigarette smoke, but it was just one night and price was cheap. This hotel does have an amazing japanese breakfast all you can eat buffet that has so many choices and made to order french toast! Ask the front desk to give you a discounted ticket. Hotel is short walk to subway and there is also fun shopping and restraunt streets near by that you could spend a day at.

Hotel looks good on outside, location is ok and staff members are professional. Rooms not the cleanest or most up to date (no USB and limited poorly located power outlets) but by far the worst are their bathtubs. Not clean at all and very poor for Japanese standards!

Hotel exterior is great, staff is very friendly. Rooms need updating - tub is borderline gross, limited power outlets and no USB outlets. Hotel is very quiet and a short walk to food and shopping.

9階のスタンダードダブルとシングルの部屋に家族で宿泊。禁煙フロアでしたがシングルの部屋はとてもタバコ臭く、ダブルの部屋は排水が詰まっていたのか、洗面台では水が流れず、風呂利用後に排水するとバスルーム一面が水びたし。お掃除で最終チェックしていないことが明らかです。予約時に確認した口コミでは、良いこと書いてありましたが、ラグジュアリーフロアだけの部屋のことだったのでしょうか？　駅近くで大変便利な立地ですが、残念ながらお勧めのホテルではありません。
