Once you arrive at the apartelle they will asked for additional charges ( mine was 100 pesos) on my first 2nights booking. Then the next day I booked for 1 day thru agoda and paid online also. Then I informed the receptionist and she asked me again for another 100 additional fee. I dont know what’s that for, And I dont wanna argue tho. Then upon checked out, I came out late like an hour so yah they charge me again. Anyway overall not recommended. 🙁

Worst Experience Ever”
Night shift staff asked us to pay for an additional 200 even though I paid the full amount. She said that it's not the same with their system. Told her that it's between you and agoda. I even showed her my SOA. Lock of our door unit is broken. Asked them to have it repaired but was not fixed during our 2 night stay so we need to put our luggage at the back of the door for our security. We can't transfer to other available units because the AC on the other unit is broken/defective and the TV is small (as per staff-cleaner) Worst stay ever..

Extra charges”
I have been charge as the front desk said that it was an order by the property owner/manager or whomever she reports to. I didn't even argue about it even if I paid in full beforehand online because it was late in the evening and I was very exhausted. Anyway, extra charge. I was surprised and disappointed. I already paid in full through agoda but when I came to check in, an extra charge was being collected without any explanation why and for what was the extra charge for. Disappointing, very cheeky.

Staffs are very rude. I booked 3 rooms in AGODA: 1 room good for 4 guests , and 2 rooms good for 2 guests each. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff said, how many are you? I said 5 po. She checked our bookings. I can see 3 rooms here but since you're only 5 people. I will give you 2 rooms only kasi ang isang room dito ay good for 4 na. Tapos kailangan niyo pa magdagdag kasi ang liit lang ng binayaran niyo sa AGODA. Imagine that???? I added, bakit pa ako magbabayad po na tama man lahat po. Kailangan niyo po talaga magbayuad ganun po talaga dito, she answered. Umabot pa kami ng 30 mins arguments tapos ang ending wala pala silang bathroom towel and kumot. OMAYGAD! Very messy! At to make the story short, pumayag na lang akong mag 2 rooms pero sabi niya need pa rin daw po mag bayad. Doon na talaga tinaasan ko ng boses ang staff na yun kasi wala na sa ayos. ako na nga ang nagpa kumbaba na papayag na dalawang room ang ibigay kahit tatlong rooms ang binayaran ko. BAsta, BAD ANG EXPERIENCE KO DITO!!!

I booked deluxe room but they gave me standard room. No drinking water provided inside, go to lobby for water dispenser. Location is good. Room is clean but bed blanket is very thin. Overall impression is good. Rating of 7 out of 10. 👍👍

I dont recommend this OYO 772 Remedios Apartment. Everything was a scam from booking to staffs and management. Very horrible experience. Promoting to low price but when you arrive in the location it will double or triple the price! They will tell you that no booking confirmed then after an hour they will increase the price and saying booking is confirmed but a separate payment will be added aside from online booking. Horrible! Not recommendable! Never ever again!!!!

Receptionist isn't nice”
I came in too early for check in and I had to stand in front of her for a minute just because she was eating lunch, casually ignoring my arrival. I went out and took my time to check in then when I came back at 4pm, she said room isn't ready since guests just came out like wth I was there at 1:30pm and they should be expecting check in only to come back still without a clean room available at 4pm, way past check in time. I gave her a disappointed look and she placed me at the 4th floor in a room with a difficult doorknob to open. And she knew it was difficult to open because she instructed the other staff who accompanied me about the faulty doorknob that requires different directions to open, never figured this out until check out and even just leave the door open when I left to get water downstairs. Pluss the receptionist charged me P85 service fee without a receipt and given unhospitable treatment, technically paying for bad customer service.

I booked this hostel yesterday because I have medical treatment next morning.It was paid through Agoda amounting to 1058 but to my surprise upon arriving the receptionist was asking 240 pesos.She said that the OYO lower it down without prior notice.I talked to the manager (claiming to be the manager who doesn’t know how to speak English ) she claimed that it’s their policy.I just leave the place!!Poooooor service!!!!

I booked a room for me and my partner for the evening. When I arrived they told me they dont have the room I booked available. They then told me only a single bed room was available. I could of requested a refund but as most should know contacting agoda and the staff is impossible and i booked and paid using gcash. It was late in the evening and if you don't know if you pay with gcash it takes like 5 days to get a refund. It was raining and around 8pm in the evening trying to find another hotel plus not being about to use the money i spent using gcash to pay for the hotel we just decided to stay in the tiny single bed room. Shame on this hotel not to honor what i booked and paid for!
