Value for money and good place to stay in”
- Building for check-in and the actual building for accommodation is quite far apart from each other so this is a little bit challenging especially for tourists with luggage and are still learning how to navigate Fukuoka. - Even though we arrived late and we didn't give advance notice for late check-in, the staff in the check-in building are very accommodating. There is a staff that speaks in English and she was able to teach us how to get our keys and check-out after. They also gave us a printed instruction on how to get our keys and check-out just in case we forget. - We encountered a problem when the mailbox code for one of our rooms is wrong so we couldn't get the keys. Since we do not have a Japan sim card, we tried to email the customer service email but we didn't get any reply. There is no available landline phone in the other room that we booked so we also cannot call them. We ended up guessing the combination for the mailbox of the other room just to get the key. - Still, the actual room is very spacious and clean and all the basic things that we need as tourists are available in the room. The appliances and furnishings are all updated and properly working and there are instructions on how to operate the appliances which are in English so it was easy for us to use those. - The area is also quiet at night but still just a short distance away from the Hakata station. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, the location is good for tourists. - Check out is easy as we just have to leave the keys in the designated mailbox and we don't have to return to the check-in building anymore. - Overall, I highly recommend this place to check-in when visiting Fukuoka because it will make your travel easier and more comfortable.

The room is large by Japanese standards -- relatively bigger than a regular hotel room. It is very clean and well furnished. The only set back is that the check-in is done at another (off-site) location.

The hotel is spacious and good for a small family and include all the amenities one need on a daily basis. The only negative point was we had to check-in at another place 12 minutes from this hotel and I was not informed about this in advance.

Good Location, Clean Apartment”
The hotel located in 10 minutes walking distance from Hakata Station. The neighborhood is peaceful. The apartment is complete with basic things, however pot and pan are not provided in the kitchen. It is ok for me as I just want to use the microwave. The reception is far away from the apartment. I suggest you to store your luggage in Hakata Station, then walk to the reception building which is on the opposite direction of the apartment. After collecting your check in instruction (key is not given here, just instruction how to receive the key), you can go to Yodobashi Hakata first and do some window shopping. Even if you have go to reception earlier, you can only enter your apartment at 5pm. So do some shopping first. After that collect your luggage at Hakata Station and walk to the apartment.

The only downside was that the reception is a different building than the actual living unit. It was about a good 15 mins walk with our luggages. The staff was friendly and helped us even though our flight got cancelled due to bad weather and refunded the first night for us.

Clean and new rooms. The distance between the check in reception and the actual hotel is 1 KM away, about 13 mins walk but a easy one. Hotel locate in a quiet residence area with numerous paid parking around. Staying around Hakata Station is definitely a big plus as is easy to navigate around from there.

PROS: - relatively near Hakata station (7-9min walk) - kitchenette and washing machine were very helpful in our week-long stay - bathtub, albeit small, is enough for my toddler to play in, and for us to relax after a tiring tour - quiet neighborhood; near several convenience stores CONS: - bed and pillows were not comfortable; my husband and I had a backache. - no room service/cleaning. 7 days worth of trash was just piling up under our table - no refill of complimentary bottled water/detergent/fresh towels - reception is 12min walk from the hotel. - very early check-out time (10am)

You have to check in another building. I quite have problem with map to check in place. Took quite a time to find. You can deposit bag there with some cost. The room I stayed is good location 10 mins walk to hakata station. The room is clean, has wifi but not pocket wifi, washing machine and hot wind to dry your clothes, a little bit small. Overall my family like this place.
