Clean, Compact and Fun”
The house is clean and comfortable to accommodate a maximum of 4 adults (with 4 standard size baggage). The dressing room leading to the bathroom with a pool for hot spring water is surprisingly fun. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, all sorts of glasses and mugs and bowls and plates. The fridge is full of a variety of sauces. Do take note to check in before the sunset as the location led by the GPS does not stops exactly in front of the house but at a secluded corner behind the house. Without street light, it was impossible to locate the house without disturbing the neighbours. The pocket wifi used to provide wifi for the house is not very stable though. Host shld consider changing a stronger modem. Host responded fast and was helpful.

Situated exactly near the malls, proximity wise, it's superb! Area is clean and well secured. If I think of Fukuoka, one thing that will always remind me is Hakata 4.

Nice apartment, helpful staff, good location”
It's our second time in Hakata (Fukuoka) because we love how laidback and lovely it is and the people are nice. We find the cool October temperature so relaxing from the hot and humid weather of the Philippines. I like how the place is not flooded with tourists, as we're mostly the only foreigners there. The hotel, which is really a serviced apartment, is quite near the airport via taxi, but the reception area (with its nice and very helpful, English-speaking staff) is far from the hotel (altho, there's a free shuttle from the reception to the hotel). The location of the hotel is excellent, it's a few minute walk to Canal City and it's surrounded by places to eat. We always enjoy walking to Tenjin from the hotel (thanks to Google Maps). As with our 1st time in Fukuoka, it's really nice there and we had a happy and relaxing vacation.

Very good place to stay. The only downside is that the check in is in a different location plus the check out time is wat too early at 10am. With our flight scheduled in the afternoon, we had to drag out luggages with us walking around town which was inconvenient and they dont have free baggage service.

Bigger than the regular hotel, around 10mins from Hakata station, around 10mins from check in place, quiet area, Free WI-FI didn't connect but we have data card, so it's not a big problem. Everything is clean, Suitable for stay many days, Recommend use the coin storage in Hakata Station more convenient than in the check in place.

The location is good. It is not far from Hakata Station, Canal City and Tenjin. The room is clean. But the check in time is not that good. 5pm is kind of late in my opinion. For me, I arrived at Fukuoka at noon, and because of the check in time policy, the room will only be available at 5pm and we paid 500 yen to the hotel for luggage storage. Also, my booking lasts for 9 nights, we get housekeeping service only once. If I remember correctly, you can pay to have extra housekeeping services. The room's sound insulation is not good. during my stay, I often hear chatting and partying and loud music from the adjacent room. The sound and vibration from my neighbors' footsteps sends to my room too. The wall in between shakes a little bit too not going to lie. Tobacco smells also goes into my room from my neighbors even we closed all the windows and doors. Overall the stay was okay. But I do think that the insulation between neighbors should be improved.

Everything is ok for the price”
This hotel is located in a small alley near Lawson. Check in is at the other location, not so convenient. Also the check in time is very late, at 5pm. Hotel room is clean. We stayed for 7 days and house keeping is only allow for 1 time only. The facilities is quite complete except microwave is at the lobby. The small kitchen is without pots or cooking utensils. Washing machine is available. The room is good for 4 person that we stayed comfortably.

Nice stay for a family”
The accommodation is value for money, spacious, clean and at a convenient location. It is however strange that there is stove for cooking but no kitchenware like pot or pan is provided at all. It would be even more convenient if the check in location is closer to the accommodation. Overall a very comfortable stay and would recommend this to others!

Although check-in is located in another bldg (about 15 mins walk from the hotel; only 5 mins from Hakata station), the process was quick & easy. Hotel was a bit tight for 4 pax, but conveniently located 2 blocks away from Canal City. There’s a Lawson at the corner. If walking isn’t a big deal, then this hotel is okay. 20 mins to Tenjin, 12 mins to Hakata station, 5 mins to bus stop.

There is no kattle equipped in the room, you have to share with others but no one will share out once they get it. Finally I see it at its place when I check out. There is no cook set provided even there is a mini kitchen. You have to pay and request for when you check in.

Room layout was great. Location is not close to any station or you may have to walk more than 15 mins so easiest but not on a budget choice is to take taxi every morning and night. Room has strange smell like a drain leakage inside the room and we have to buy freshener spray to spray the room everyday. Bed is comfy. Futon for additional person to sleep on the floor was also comfy but has stain and hair on bedsheet and blanket here and there. The best part abt this room is the bathroom. Hot water system and air dryer for washed clothes were excellent!

Needs a lot of improvement”
Location was okay. It was 10 to 15 min walk to Tenjin. But cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. There was blood stains on the extra pillows and blankets. Bed bugs!!! Towels are dirty!

I lived in room level 7, the wifi signal is too weak to use, we can not use the wifi, the room also is not clean enough,not satisfied.
