Our favorite hotel!!!”
We LOVE this hotel! This is our third stay here in the last year! Great location - away from all the city noise (except for train periodically) but still close enough that you can get to all the Fukuoka hot spots in a short amount of time. Great accommodations - the room is very spacious and is always extremely clean. Security - there is a two-step entry that gives us a sense of security, you can’t enter the hotel without a room key. Great price - the price has always been $100 or less for 2 night stay. All around great deal! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again!

It’s comfortable and convenient to stay here.”
Although we are a group of four, two adults and two kids, we still have enough space and there’s a small playground nearby. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Top choice for second time”
The room is very big, actually enough for put 4-6 ppl in one room. Reception & Hotel 's location is easy to find and near the attraction point. Around the hotel, there are 3 supermarket and 3 convenience stores. It takes only 1 from Yoshizuka Station. I will stay at this hotel again soon for sure.

Great Value”
Great value as the room is very big. It’s closed to the park so I can run in the morning. It’s closed to supermarket which next to the train station. You can buy breakfast there. Hwr, it’s a bit hassle to get the pin and check in from other location before you can go to the apartment. It’s one station away only. You can just drop the key downstairs so easy to check out.

The vent in the bathroom needs to be cleaned. It was raining during our stay and had to dry our clothes and upon checking the vent it was full of dust. The washing machine almost flooded the area because the hose is not aligned with the drainage. When my husband checked, there was a box of floss lodges in between the hose going to the drainage.

Room with modern design and spacious”
24hours reception you can check in at any hour which is pretty convenient. Just beware that they have different check in place from your stay. Check in place is 7 minutes walking from Hakata station. And the stay is 5-7minute away from JR yoshizuka Station. The road to your stay is flat and is easy for big luggage. The room in bright and beautiful and very spacious and everything inside looks brand new too. I'm happy with the stay Just one little thing down is they dont provide free luggage storage service.

first, i got to the building but can not entry. after one hour, i figure that out i have to go to other location tocheck in. it takes 8 mins walk to train stn and near by supermarket. its kinda convenient. place is clean.

The hotel is a good size. 4 people can fit in easily. The bad thing about this hotel is that the reception area is located away from the hotel. So you have to go first to the reception which is in hakata station before going to your which is very tiring.

It’s pretty dizzy to find their receptionist and their hotel is in different location. However I am satisfied with the apartment. It is very clean and simple. The facilities as usual like what the other hotels provided except no television.

The good and the bad”
Excellent place to stay. The room was clean and tidy. Once a while, you'll hear the faint sound of the train as the JR Kagoshima line is nearby. The Yoshizuka Station (for the elevated train) is just 10-15 minutes walk from the residence. And it is only 1 station away from Hakata Station. To get the security code in order to enter the residence, you need to register first at their management office at "Residence Hotel", located at Hakataekiminami which is actually quite a distance from the property. As a tourist, the only way we could get to the residence from the management office is by using a cab which cost us 1,490 Yen.

Overall good ”
This is overall a good place to stay but just a few things to keep in mind is that the reception is not located at the same place as the hotel so you first have to pick the key( for Residence #5, is 20 mins on train & 36 mins walking). The other thing is the check in, if you arrive before 5 pm and you want to store your luggage there you have to pay 500 yens, which I found it a little bit unfair and I think the check in time should be adjusted cause that’s really late for check in and the check out is at 10 am so it makes no sense for me why they do it like this. Since there is no personnel in the hotel, and it seems like there is no phone or direct line to call( or at least my friend and I didn’t find it), if you really need help you basically have to go to the reception again which is annoying and makes you waste time of your trip. In our case, the room’s heater didn’t work and we were freezing so we have to go to the reception again and they assign us a new room. Also we asked the staff to help us book a taxi back to airport but they say they couldn’t ( but then we asked another person and they say it was possible). For the room itself overall is nice and comfortable, I love the amenities the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc. also the laundry machine and kitchen was nice but the only bad thing is that they do offer plates, folk and mugs but don’t offer utensils for cooking so the stove is a little bit useless.. The microwave is downstairs and when we tried to used someone else took to their room, so I think it would be better to have a microwave per room and not for the entire building cause it is annoying having to go downstairs everytime you need it.

What they didn't tell you in the description”
1. You need to go to Hakata first, to register and take the house key, then take the train go to the hotel. As for me, after register in Hakata, then I know that my hotel is in Yoshizuka, which is the next stop after Hakata. 2. The kitchen is nice, but they didn't provide you tools such as frying pan, knife etc. 3. The bathroom is separated with the toilet The rest as per description.
