close to Nippon rental car, Family convenience stores. The apartment does not have enough car park but there are parking lots with cheap rate nearby. The room is clean and quiet. It has a decant size kitchen and very nice bath tub. Traveling with family(5 adults and 1 7yr old kid) the room , the room space is barely to make a room for a mattress on the ground. I ended up sleeping under the dinning table. Still enjoyed my stay though, considering the price is unbeatable. The only shortage is hard to find the location even with GPS. The GPS leads you to the back lane of the building.

The hotel was nice , clean and well equipped. I really love to stay here again. The only issue was location. The location map which was provided to us at check point by the staff was wrong and we face lot of difficulty to find the place. Don’t follow their location map. Just use the google map and you will find the place easily. The place was nice and comfortable. In short good value of money

Everything was actually great. I just had a hard time looking for the check in hotel and my actual hotel accommodation. I find it very hard since I don’t have a wifi or internet connection that will locate my exact location. It would be better to rent a pocket wifi for convenience. Nevertheless, I will surely be back here.

I love the room but the check in place is different from the hotel place. 950m walk to hakata station. With near Family mart store. ✅elevator, spacious room, microwave at the 1st floor, guide maps inside, vendo machine outside, parking space, ✅ 2 big beds with power outlet on each bed, washing machine, bath tub, hot and cold shower, aircon, heater, tv, dining area, ref, plates, bowl, spoon and fork, glasses, cups, free bottled water, towels, hand towels, toiletries, flat iron ❎ location is different from check in bldg ❎ bed has creeking sounds Maybe I would check in at other residence hotel nearer the station, otherwise our family love the room ❤️

So clean, 5 night including 1 time cleaning but we think it’s enough. Have non expensive car park nearby. The check in place is different with hotel but we only got email on the day I arrived there. I will be better to inform earlier.

we were lost to find the check in place as the place is of different address from the hotel. But the check in address / map were not clearly specified in the description. When i email to get the landmark or clear adress, they didnt reply, instead copying the same description from their agoda ad. But the space and cleanliness were excellent. The check-in staff is not really friendly.

Service Apartment without "service"”
First of all, check-in is in another location which they emailed us on the DAY of check-in, we were on the road all day, and no chance to check email, so wasted time going here and there just to check-in. Secondly, they only have like 5 parking spot outside (with a fee of course) and its first come first serve, cannot reserve in advcance, we have young children and we had to park it elsewhere and walk back to hotel....walking from hakata station was much further then expected, walking super fast and with kids on stroller took 20mins. It took us 40mins if kids on foot. The interior is very clean and nice. Somethings i dont understand, they provide a lovely stove and dishes and cutery, BUT NOT the cooking pan or pot! um...............????? will not pick this hotel again. Oh, almost forgot, there is this smell the moment you walk in the lobby, it smells like rabbit food (timothy, alfafa that smell).

Lack of transparency while booking”
The reception area is different than actual place of stay. You have to walk with all your luggage to the place of stay (almost thirty minutes). There is no room service, no helping staff and no good amenties provided). Please be aware of this place. They are cheats. even taxis do not ply to this place of stay.

I was happened to rest at this hotel-the only place I can make a reservation. It was hard to find hotel by myself (with Google map) on the first night I arrived at Fukuoka. I felt the hotel was too far and really hard to find. BUT situation was totally turned upside down. when I got the hotel. huge, comfort, all inducted room was welcoming me. So COZY. and I found out the road to hotel is really easy from Hakata station the next day. you just keep walk one side to the river then find convinent store (-seven eleven- I guess). then you would get this hotel soon. If you stay here with discounted price, you are lucky.(but I hope you arrive at daytime, just to save your time finding this hotel) I would stay here again when I visit Fukuoka next time. 할인가에 이용할수 있으면 무조건 숙박하세요. 엄청 크고 편하고 뭐든지 다있습니다. 강추에요 영어로 쓰다보니 귀찮아서 한글로안씀 읽어보셔요

Great price for a spacious accommodation”
This was a convenient location with a quick drive or walk to Hakata Station. It had nice features like a small kitchenette and washer dryer which are helpful to have in any traveling situation. It was clean and spacious for a great price.

Sparkly Clean but it's quite a walk going to Hakata station, you might need to take a taxi if you have many luggage with you. I think they need to fix the pin of location because it directs the taxi at the back entrance.

Simple Room with Good Location”
15 min walk to Hakata Station, Family Mart 2 min walk away, parking spot on site (1500 a night), new, and a great value. I would stay again. If one doesn’t need many amino ties, this is a great place.

As with a few similar locations, it was 5pm check-in, which would normally be fine, except it is not at the same building (or even remote area). This check in building charges you to store luggage, and only allowed us to store one bag. Also don’t offer WIFI in their check in area. Would have given staff a 1 star, based on the check in staff, had it not been for the exceptionally kind maintenance staff worker that worked at the residence itself, who really showed the kind spirit of the Japanese. The location itself was quite clean and could comfortably fit 4 people (2 on each bed) plus the one or two futons provided (didn’t look at those as we were just a couple). They offer a cell phone which could be used for its data while travelling. Place is kind of in the middle of no where (as far as touristy stuff is concerned).
