PROS: Quiet place in residential area in Hakata. There is a nearby grocery store called Mr. Max, about 10-minute walk. Room provided for us has two large comfortable beds, dining area, fridge, and separate shower and comfort rooms. Shower has small bath tub which is common among Japanese houses. There is a washing machine for cleaning and drying clothes. There is a small veranda. There are two ovens at the ground floor, near the elevator. Wifi is strong. There is a nearby bus station, about 5 minute-walk, to take you to Hakata Station. CONS: The check-in counter is in a separate location, about 30- to 45-minute walk from the hotel. Better to call a taxi if you have large and heavy luggages.

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights in a room with 2 beds. Very spacious as compare to normal hotel room. The car park is a bit dear Yen 1,500 per day. We had considered parking our car at the nearby Sunny supermarket for a top rate of Yen 700 but at the end we parked our car at the hotel since the room was relatively affordable.

Very nice place if you want a small home during your stay in Fukuoka. This is NOT a hotel and requires that you check-in at another location. The room was spacious and clean and includes a small kitchen but no microwave in the kitchen. If you're coming by car, ask about parking first as it is extremely limited.

Far walk from reception area to the hotel. Would have been a great experience if there are pots bec stove is provided but became useless since there were no pots and other cooking utensils.

Only if you travel by car”
First of all, this place is not situate at town area, is near but not that easy to get there, you can only travel to your destination by bus or taxi. And the check in reception is at city center, 15-20mins drive to the hotel, not very convenient if you have few larger luggage. However the hotel is very clean, lot of room space, have everything you need if stay for few nights.

Poor Customer Service. Not worth your money”
Hakata Front desk is far from the actual hotel, 25mins by foot or 10mins by bus if you can find the station. Most guests are Koreans. If you want to check out late, you have to go to the front desk in another bldg to settle payment. Very late - 5pm check in and very early - 10am check out! Owners and workers are not Japanese! No free shuttle. Poor instructions how to get to the place. Not recommended esp during winter - you will freeze. Better get an airbnb or other Japanese owned hotels

Poor location and bad experience without service”
Room rates were not reasonable. Poor location where we needed to take 10min transportation by taxi or 25mins walking distance between Hakata Station and hotel. The location of check-in counter (around 5-8 mins from Hakata Station) and hotel are totally different. No transportation service provided from hotel. It costed around 880-1000yen for taxi fee (it depends on which type of taxi you take). It was ridiculous that hotel needed to charge 500yen for each baggage keeping before check-in after check-out. You can imagine how massy we were with all bulky baggages and location is too far away from Hakata Station. However the check-in time is after 17:00 (too late) and check-out time is 10:00 (too early). For other hotels, normally, check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. It costs 1000yen per hour if you want to extend the check-out time. It seemed like a self apartment rather than hotel without service provided. We booked 2 double beds room for 2 nights with 4 adults but only 4 sets amenities (4 sets shampoo & conditioner, 2 sets of small size soap, 4 sets of cotton puffs and bugs, 4 sets of toothbrushes) for us in 2 nights without any replenishment and cleaning for next day but we were charged cleaning fee in advance (included room rates). Only 2 bottles of water provided for 4 peoples in 2 nights. There were only 3 kettles located at the lobby but we could not get it in the 1st night. Recommended to set up a amenities corner at the lobby area for guest use due to nothing around the hotel area and need to take at least 5-8 mins walking distance to convenience store. It was difficult to take taxi or any transportation from hotel to Hakata Station and we needed to walk. Google Map must to switch on for guiding you to reach either hotel or Hakata Station. The address (in Japanese) of hotel need to be recorded down by yourself in case you can show it to taxi driver.

4명이서 2박 했는데 물 3개만 줌 위치 너무 멀어서 하카타에서 버스타고 다님 짐 2개 이동 서비스로 무려 15,000원임. 방에 미닫이 문 있는데, 침대로 가로막고 있어서 활용 못함 가격이며 이것 저것 추가비용 생각하면.. 그닥 비추 I stayed with 4 people in one room for 2 nights, but they gave me only 3 bottles of water for 2 nights. It’s pretty far from Hakata station and need to take a bus. Also I have to pay for luggage delivery service for 1,500 yen($15) for two luggages. They have a door in the middle of the room between the bed, but I can’t close it. Clean, quiet place.

Facilities were not that bad, though, I would say it'll be a great nightmare if it were. Lack of instructions, amateurish communication, but the greatest point was, you have stolen money by THEIR MISTAKE. In short, I paid 10,500 JPY to have luggage keeping service which was to be 1,500 JPY in total, But the guy in reception didn't return the change. While we re-visited about an hour later he replied back their balance were set in clear, well, bet ya.
