    I already commented about my stay earlier.. there was garbage behind the night stand, needle 💉 caps at the back door. Dust piled all over my room. First they sent me to a handicapped room and when I returned to the front desk, no apologies for me going through all the trouble lugging my suitcase upstairs for no reason. I was charged $75 for my dog to stay in a room that appeared to be dirtier than my dog 🐶. It needs an update. Nobody wants those tiny bottles of shampoo. That's so yesterday.

    The pool area including all outdoor seating and tables dirty and in need if being power washed. The hot tub was not usable, dirty and green algae visible. The room itself was clean and comfortable but for the cost I would stay at Hilton next time. The to- go breakfast needs variation. It is the same choices served everyday.

    Comfortable. Staff was nice. Late checkout.
    We found a pizza crust under the sofa. Cleanliness was just okay. The toilet had a hard time flushing. I probably wouldn’t go back to be honest. For the same price, I could have found something way better, but I like the Marriott brand, but was very disappointed. Pool area was not clean. Just very dissatisfied!

    The laundry facilities were not open all week. Every single day they told me it would be done that day and finally I had to go down the street to another property to do laundry which is extremely inconvenient. Maybe when I made the reservation they could’ve told me so I could’ve prepared better and brought more clothing

    Parking Fees. 9.95 cents a day is crazy. there should be free parking. By the way, booking.com does not indicate you have to pay for parking. I hope to see that updated real soon. We specifically selected your site for a long stay due to the fact that you showed washing machines and dryers. I sent an email early to the site asking the question and never got an answer. So when we arrived we checked in, and guess what, the washing machines were BROKEN. They said well if you need to do laundry you can go across the street to another hotel and they will let you use theirs. Very inconvenient!!. We were there seven days and the machines never got fixed. The last day we were there we saw that they had gutted the laundry room but had not installed anything new.
