Exceptional”

The centric location is perfect to observe and experience the dynamic daily life of São Tomé. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a fridge to keep drinks cold which was useful. The owner Cássio is very friendly, helpful and attentive and quickly replied every question I had before my arrival. After my arrival he helped me exchange the money, organize excursions and gave helpful advice.

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND IN A GREAT LOCATION!”

The location is great. Located in the city center and very safe. Rooms are spacious and super-super clean (Love the smell of the bed linen) and beds and pillows are comfortable and cozy. Breakfast is also good and the staff is super friendly! Obrigado amigos, voltarei em breve!

The host was very friendly and helpful, the location is great if you’re looking for an easy place to stay in the city (especially after arriving on the late flight).
The street noise is incredible, for light sleepers such as me this did not help. The mattress is also rock hard which seems to be a common thing in São Tomé though.

Highly recommend”

The room we were staying is excellent with very good mattresses, a almost silent AC and right across the new market. Absolutely perfect for exploring the city walking around. Almost every location of interest is in walking distance or easy to get to by mototaxi or taxi. The host Cassio will help with all the information you need and the two ladies who are responsible for the breakfast and cleaning are friendly and attentive.

an affordable and nice midrange property”

Actually, more or less everything at this property was truly good. The owner Cassio was always very helpful and at hand, particularly during (unfortunately) frequent power outages in São Tomé which, of course, are not his fault. The cleaning lady was also nice and helpful. The room quiet (to the extent that street life in downtown São Tomé allows it), cleaned every day, with limitless amount of hot water. The fridge was good and wifi quite adequate. AC was very efficient and when the power was out, there was a fan in the room. In short, if I ever return to São Tomé, I won't look further than this property.
No complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast was much more than you would expect from a guest house in this price bracket there was ham cheese eggs omelette on offer but I just had the beautiful fruits

Trato excepcional por parte de Cassio. Ubicación perfecta, limpieza correcta y sobre todo destacar el sistema de energía que entra en funcionamiento cuando cortan electricidad, algo muy común en Sao Tome. En definitiva relación calidad-precio perfecta.
El desayuno fue muy bueno el primer día, sin embargo el día siguiente no pusieron fruta. El colchón no es demasiado cómodo.

Ubicaciòn, limpieza y amabilidad del personal. Nos ayudaron y nos dieron muchas facilidades con varios preparativos del viaje. La habitaciòn es muy còmoda.
No desagüa bien la ducha y para ducharse 3 personas seguidas se acumula mucha agua. El desayuno del primer dìa fue muy completo pero en dìas sucesivos fueron quitando fruta y embutido.

Que al estar en el centro se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle durante todo el día, pero eso no se puede evitar si te alojas en el centro.

la cama cómoda, precio asequible, desayuno muy completo, la ubicación es muy céntrica, cerca de varios restaurantes para llegar a pie. limpieza. aire acondicionado.
la habitación es muy oscura, la nuestra no tenia ventilación. en el check in nos estaba esperando una persona del staff, pero solo enseñarnos la habitación marchó y solo había un huésped mas. se fue la luz (en parte de la ciudad) y la sensación extraña, la verdad. Cassio fue amable y vino a encender el generador sin mucha demora. esta en una zona de mucho barullo. el baño es super pequeño.
