Comfortable Stay at Resident City Hotel Almaty”

We had 6 days of comfortable stay at the Resident City Hotel at Almaty. Great location, near by a super market and money exchange. Clean rooms and facility and great staff. limited options for Breakfast and need to improve on it. One more thing is rooms are not made up until evening so that needs to be improved upon.

In general, I liked everything. This hotel looks new and modern, better than others I have seen in Almaty. The room was clean, the bed smelt very nice and I slept well. Only one thing, that is not comfortable - the room is very small, there is almost no place to open a suitcase. Breakfasts are good.

スタッフの対応に難あり”

受付横の 冷蔵庫に入っているビール（ハイネケン）２本とオレンジジュース一本購入しようとして値段を聞いたら5250テンゲと言われました。細かいお金がなかったら、5100に負けてくれました。いいスタッフだなと思っていたのですが、翌朝受付に価格表があるのに気づき、見てみるとビールは1000テンゲでぼられたことに気が付きました。

좋은 호텔”

당일에 갑자기 호텔 숙박이 필요했던지라 급하게 찾았는데 좋았습니다. 스탠다드 킹룸을 혼자 사용했는데 두 명 사용하긴 편하지 않을 것 같지만 침대랑 이불, 베개 모두 좋았고 깨끗했어요. 다만 수건 하나에서 얇은 머리카락이 발견되었답니당🥲 위치나 주위 부대시설을 생각했을 때 가격대비 좋은 호텔은 아니지만 나쁘지도 않았습니다. 조식도 맛있었습니다(조식 서빙 직원들이 영어를 잘 못하기도 했어요 😂 )

Нельзя забывать свои вещи, после не вернут!!!”

Забыли цепочку после выезда. Администрация сказала что поищем и вернутся с ответом. Сами не перезвонили, видимо и не узнавали у сотрудников. Пришлось ещё 2 раза звонить и узнавать. Получается если гости что-то забывают из ценных вещей, сотрудники не уведомляют о находке и не возвращают. Просто тихо себе оставляют. Поэтому советую все тщательно перепроверять перед отъездом и не забывать ничего. А так в целом хорошая гостиница.
