Fun Experience”

I chose this place because I wanted to have a capsule experience. Inside the capsule there was a foldable tv and arm rests attached to the wall, as well as an alarm clock and light. There was a curtain over the opening to give privacy. I was a bit confused about where to put my things, but the staff helped me with that. If you want to lock up your things you'll need to pay for the more expensive capsule. I just had the cheap one, but had no problem. It seemed like the majority of guests were businessmen.

I only stayed 1 hour because it was not what I expected. I thought the male and female sections would be separated physically, but they weren't. The beds were all in the same area. They were only separated by bed assignment...males on one side, females on the other. However, when I went to my assigned bed, there was a man in one of the beds just 2 beds down from mine. The staff made him move to the other side, but it creeped me out a bit. I thought a "capsule" hotel meant that you could enclose yourself in the capsule unit. These were basically bunk beds with a curtain. You could hear your neighbor breathing. I felt uncomfortable due to the lack of real privacy and due to no true male/female separation. I quietly left and booked another hotel.

this is my first time being staying in capsule. I like it since this is with great privacy. there is also sauna provided. the breakfast is great as well. service is very good.

As a capsule hotel, it's not too bad. But if you compare to the capsule in osaka(same price) , it's not so good value. I think its target customers are not foreigner but japanese. But the breakfast is great.

The very first disappointing one was that you have to check out every 10 a.m. For sure I read on online that the checkout was 10 a.m but I never knew I had to check out every 10 a.m morning and also empty my locker. There was no saying that on hotel information section. When I arrived, I was told and given the paper in English I had to check out 10 a.m. I woke up just before 10 a.m and left my capsule bed then gonna take a shower. But then I couldn't even use the bathroom. Second, the language barrier was very hard. I had three staff during my stay and none of them was good enough at English. So that I wasn't fully informed of my checkout, and swimming pool time etc. (FYI, swimming pool is only open for specific days or time - not always). The offensive thing was that because I didn't know that I couldn't even use the bathroom after 10 a.m. I was at the women bathroom. The guy staff came inside (luckily I was dressed). This was not the only time. On my second day, when I just finished my shower around 6 a.m then the guy staff came inside again speaking to me in Japanese (before that I was totally naked). I still don't know what was going on, because the English paper they gave me. It said I could use shower room from 4 p.m to 9 a.m. Then the staff got little bit frustrated and upset after speaking to me then went back to the front saying some stuff in Japaneses but I could easily assume that they were bad words. I booked for three days but for two days I stayed at my friends house. I only stayed at this hotel for shower and taking a nap. I dont think I will come back here again. I hope other travelers wouldn't go through the same problem like me. I almost feel like I was fooled in some ways.

For this price, I would say it totally worth the value! However, both men & women are stay in the same floor...and the children from swimming class are very noisy & crowed. Other than that, everything is good!

The entire experience was great overall, with no hiccups, possibly due to excellent customer service and amenities provided.

Disappointed and inconvenient in many ways - communication barrier hence unable to obtain much useful information from staff, air conditioning wasn't working so place was stuffy and unpleasant, had to check out and check in again for consecutive stay and noisy. Breakfast was good and easy access to public transport.

カプセルホテルには初めての宿泊で、安さ重視で口コミも良かったのでこちらを予約しました。私が予約したのは2段ベッドのタイプでしたが、当日通されたのは個室のダブルベッドの素敵なお部屋で、これは何かの間違いだと思いフロントに連絡すると『平日、お部屋が空いている時にはこちらへお通ししているので安心してお泊まりください』と言ってくださいました。実はこの日は引っ越しのためクタクタで、それでこんな良いお部屋を見た瞬間これは神様からのプレゼントのように感じました。朝食もとても口コミ良かったので付けていました。予想以上のバイキングで、どれもとても美味しい！あと見晴らしがとても良く、とても幸せな朝食でした。ヨーグルトに粉砂糖とマンゴーソースをかけて食べたのが美味しかったです。本当に幸せなひと時をありがとうございました！神奈川への引っ越し初日の良いスタートが切れました。またぜひ泊まらせていただきたい、そんなホテルでした！

駅からの利便性”

初めて利用したのですが、カプセルホテルだったのに、上の階のホテルに宿泊出来ました。 1人での利用でしたが2人部屋でとても広くて快適でした。またぜひ利用したいです。この料金でありがたかったです。

スタッフの心づかい”

初めての利用でしたが、とても丁寧な説明をいただき、感じの良い対応で、女性と言うことで気を使っていただき、本当にありがとうございました。 たまたま友人2人が同じく宿泊していて、3人で帰ってきても、ご一緒だったんですねと向こうからカギを出してくれたり、お湯が欲しくて頼んでも嫌な顔せずにすごく丁寧な対応していただき、感謝しかありません！ 室内も、キャビンは暑くなる事が多いのですが、寝るにはちょうどよく、お風呂も小さいながら湯船に浸かる事ができて、大変快適に過ごすことができました。 また来年利用させてください！

今回ライブの遠征の前乗りで横浜周辺で遊んだ後に利用させていただきました。カプセルで十分だということでこちらを予約しましたが、当日ついてみると上のビジホへ移動しておきましたとのことで広いお部屋で泊まることができました。 ただ大浴場の人数制限が厳しいのと、お部屋のシャワーが微妙でした。寝るだけで泊まりに行った自分としてはよかったですが。。。

カプセルを予約してましたが もらったキーは普通のシングルベッドの部屋でした。料金もそのままでした。 久しぶりのベッドでぐっすり眠れました。 今度はカプセル泊まりたいです。
