Too small room and old, but it’s clean and not expensive. Next to Trung Nguyen coffee which is beautiful place that tourists must visit and try coffee with cakes. Nice garden, but need more facilities and room renovation.

We spend one day in Buon ma thuot. We arrive at 8 am and they arrange a room for us. The staff there was very helpfull. They find us motobikes and explain us how to go to the water fall and. They have answers to every question I had. The restaurant is good for the breakfast but Not a lot of choice. We enjoy our stay in this place.

Fantastic room, towels, robes, bath”
Brilliant stay. Read another review about fluffy white towels and bath robes. After a few weeks of cheaper hotels and local buses I used this as a chance to refresh. Paid a little over $20. I understood the location was a few km out but was fine with that and rented a scooter to give me the flexibility required though at taxi was between 40 - 50 VND. I want looking for "resort" facilities as such but a comfy quiet room and that's what I got in multiples. The staff were great helping with onward bookings especially Hoa Doan but all the team were great and the breakfast staff tried to please always. I didn't even check out coffee your but used the cafe a few times. While other aspects of the "resort" were kitsch the cafe was in my opinion tasteful and well frequented by local visitors and business people. The rooms were sharp. The staff great.

Modern room. Still very new. Nicely decorated. Had a bathtub. Good water pressure. Very new, thick & expensive towels for guest in room. Nice cups & spoons with complimentary instant coffee in room. Quiet air con. Large garden. Very relaxing experience. Member of Trung Nguyen Coffee Tour. Set breakfast is served at Trung Nguyen Coffee House next door which is a very large area to sell coffee and snacks. Next to that is where they sell raw coffee mixed to order and souvenirs, catered to group tours. Scooter for rent costs higher. In Hue I can rent with half the price. The resort is very quiet in March.

Clean and comfortable but not quite a resort”
The reception was very welcoming and the hotel looks very beautiful on approach. Certainly the adjoining restaurant and garden area is lovely - like a sanctuary, but the resort itself seems a little bit like it was an idea that hasn't quite worked out - so its an unfinished work in progress and the garden area to the hotel itself seemed neglected. Our room reflected this and I am not 100% certain the sheets were clean - it could have been that they had not been laundered well. We really did enjoy the town, the tranquility, the cool temperatures and the region seems to be a very popular one with Vietnamese tourists. We visited the Coffee Tour Centre and very much enjoyed learning about the coffee industry. Because it is off the beaten track, it might be that the Coffee Tour Resort is the best of the accommodation in the area. Certainly, the price is good value. Don't upgrade too much though as the basic rooms are probably just as good.

Good stop over hotel”
We stayed here one night to break up our motorbike trip through the Central Highlands and whilst the city itself is not really worth checking out, we enjoyed sitting in one of the many coffee shops drinking beer with the locals who came up to us one by one, wanting to share a drink. Lovely experience to travel off the beaten tourist track. Rooms are decent with nice sheets and comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms are not great but okay for one night. Breakfast was served in the outside garden restaurant and included the standard hotel fare (bread and eggs or noodle soup with tea or coffee). All in all this was a good choice for a one night stay.

It's very very nice”
Guess I was here off season (August) as no other guests were around, but I loved the gardens, and the terrace of the restaurant (when it was open), and the staff was great. All in all, I loved the hotel, but technically speaking it is not a "resort," or a "tour." It's a lovely city hotel with a huge surrounding garden. Location for me was perfect. One of better hotels in which I have stayed in Vietnam. Great value.

Nice resort next to Trung Nguyen coffee shop ”
We arrived in the afternoon during a heavy monsoonal downpour. The staff didn't immediately react to my driver who requested they provide an umbrella for us for the short walk from the car to the reception for check-in. However, after quickly checking me in they made up for it by not only providing me with an umbrella but helping to carry my luggage to my room and then holding out an umbrella for me on the way back to the car. The room was OK, a little small but comfortable enough for 1-2 persons on a short stay. All the usual features were included, wifi, hot water, flat screen TV with cable channels, working desk. One slight annoyance was the smell of the cabinets though - a little overpowering, but you get used to it after a few minutes in the room. The resort is owned by Trung Nguyen coffee next door, which offers some interesting coffee (such as coffee with orange and lemon peels) and a small menu, which is very cheap and wholesome. I would recommend it as a place to have lunch or dinner or just relax with a coffee, tea or for ice cream. The wifi used by the resort and the coffee shop is the same and they both use the same password.

We really enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the bath tub. Water pressure wasn't the best. Wifi was good. Stuff could speak some english and they were helpful. Breakfast was buffet and did't have a lot of selection but it was good enough for us with how much we payed for the stay. Good budget hotel. We enjoyed the very nice coffee shop nearby attached to the hotel. Rented a bike but expensive 250000₫ for a day with automatic bike. We will come back to the same hotel next time we visit!

It was a wonderful stay..The hotel itself Is beautiful as were the grounds..The restaurant next to the hotel was quite beautiful..The coffee was great..There were very few guests as this was the rainy season but the weather was great, nice and cool..There were very helpful..Will stay here upon return..Lovely place to stay..My wife loved the bathtub..
