      Not a beach front. Would have to walk about 5-10mins for a decent meal + beach front. Bed was infested with different insects: Bed bugs, mosquitoes, cockroaches at the very least. Bathroom is old and filthy. Pubic hair on the toilet seat cover welcomed us when we checked the bathroom. Water was tubig-poso. Warm woman welcomed us and prepared breakfast for us every morning. She even granted our request to extend for an hour beyond check-out. The male owner was not that friendly and accommodating.

      Actually we did not sleep in the hotel/resort coz its really far from the places where we could dine and eat and chill..so we transferred to another resort instead after realizing that infos and photos on the net can be quite deceiving..

      Quiet location, helpful owners, spacious rooms

      It is a hotel situated in a quiet location next to the public beach. The owners are very helpful. We had a problem with strong sewers smell coming out of the shower room - it was solved after changing the rooms. However, there were some cockroaches :) (as can be expected in Phillipines). The food was adequate
