Nice onsen hotel, very friendly staff”

Very nice onsen hotel to stay in, and could be quite easily reached by direct 1-hr bus from JR Takawako station, and could be used as a base to visit Havhimantai mountain. Hotel is particularly catered to old folks who come for the acidic onsen for healing. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The only downside is that dinner was in buffet style with limited spread.

More a medical onsen, hospital like. Restaurant is like a canteen. More suited for seniors. Quite depressing. Onsen was interesting as it is acidic waters and huge bathhouse. Would not recommend for holidays.

私は何ともなかったのですが、アトピー持ちの主人には刺激が強すぎて大好きな温泉にあまり入れなかったようです。内風呂も種類があり露天も気持ち良かったです。食事も野菜中心でご飯に合うおかずばかりで、美味しいご飯がすすみ２泊で２キロ増えてました！

特殊な温泉で手入れが大変ながら とても気を使ってる。 食事も沢山の種類が、あり工夫されていて満足。食事時間のアルコールの提供がスムーズなら さらにリゾート感があり良かったと思う。 岩盤浴も貸しきりの家族風呂も なかなか良かった。

客房非常舒服，新，乾淨。Staff服務非常好，非常仔細，見我們是外地遊客特別照顧的好。 新玉川溫泉最出名於溫泉，是日本最酸的溫泉，所以有講座。不是個個人可以泡。 位置在山上，所以無任何地方可以去，尤其在冬天，山路被封。但非常寧靜，休養最好。 補充一下，整個酒店可以用WiFi，不需要擔心沒WiFi要到Lobby用。用數據卡的話，Docomo信號沒問題，唔知道其他電話商的信號好不好。

由於玉川温泉酒店休息，我們只能訂這姊妹酒店。 此酒店比較新，早和晚餐的食物質素不錯。 温泉是酸性的，所以初次使用要小心。 岩盤浴早上7:30後要預約。 基本設施有齊，需要治療或休養都是一個不錯的地方。
