Notice of Road Closure - Le Tour de Langkawi 2022
We are pleased to announce that the Le Tour de Langkawi 2022 (LTdL 2022) Stage 3 race from Putrajaya to Resorts World Genting will take place on Thursday, 13 October 2022.
In view of this, there will be a temporary closure of the downhill road from the Mushroom Farm Roundabout (KM0.7) to Genting Sempah / Keesang Security Check Point from 2.30pm – 5.00pm.
Please note that the timing of the road closure is approximate as it may start earlier or end later than stated. Guests are advised to plan their travel to the resort accordingly.

Pros 1. Strategic location which you can access Sky Avenue easily. 2. Hassle free check-in and check-out thru self-service kiosk. 3. Staff are friendly and helpful. 4. Room are clean and tidy. 5. There is hot water and cold water dispenser near the lift bay so you can refill your empty bottles. Cons 1. Eventhough you stay in the hotel, you also have to pay for parking. Weekday max. RM12, weekend max RM18. 2. Everything here you have to pay, e.g. Room Floor, View, etc. In other word, even you already book thru Agoda, any special request will be charged accordingly. Anyway, it is suitable for short vacation.

The rooms are small but worth the money as its clean and we didn't expect nothing more. Hassle free upon arrival as they have kiosk and if u have special request then u can queue at the counter. That's also quite quick as its done less than half an hour. Upon check out just slot in the key and out we go. My review might not valid with others that check in on weekends. As we came on weekdays. Nevertheless Still lots of people but still manageable. Will definitely come back again as my friends and I have made this as our annual trip.

Its very easy to check in and checkout.just using self kiosk. Else, u need to add RM 5 if want to checkin via counter. Need to add on RM 5 to have view from room. No toiletries or tea or coffee provided in room. Need to buy from vending machine which is RM 5 per item. Room is clean but got very strong of smell of smoking from previous customer.need to request housekeeping twice to spray with air freshener. Overall is ok..

Breathtaking views”
I read reviews after booking and was ready for the worst but things appeared to be completely opposite. First check-in. Self check-in machines didn’t accept my passport so I prepared to pay for operator services, but I was charged only as foreigner (15RM per night). Secondly I booked a room hoping for Mountain View but got wall view:) this is different but also great experience if you like anti utopia as I do. Kids was really happy and jumped on beds. I was worried if they were too loud but sound insulation was perfect to calm down at that point. The only thing I didn’t like that I can’t easily find way out. So I can’t go hiking. Hopefully we bought tickets to Skytropolis and that was enough for a day. So I will surely recommend this accommodation for anyone.

Amazing location ”
Location was tip top. Even at the 28th floor on Tower 2, my Digi line & also Tune Talk worked fine and we managed to stream Youtube playlist during our stay. This didn't happen during our previous stay at Tower 2 as well around middle floor I think where the line didn't work at all. They didn't have free wifi which is a huge demerit and disadvantage. Also one of the elevator had button problems where the guests couldn't press the open door button which needs improvement. But the location of the hotel was excellent. It was very convenience with a lot of nearby mini stores like Watson and mini mart that sells food/drinks at reasonable price. The bed was comfortable enough that you'd definitely get to sleep soundly after the whole day of playing at the outdoor theme park. For cheapest room, it is quite difficult to get a room with view but our room this time at least had sunlight coming in which is good enough. Amenities and the room cleanliness were better than our previous RM400/night stay during weekend/new year. But still had a trace of hair on the table so I think the housekeeping team needs more training especially regarding attention to details to welcome more upcoming guests. Will stay again due to location, convenience and price during weekdays.

V Good Experience”
I booked Y5 Deluxe. All these rooms are in Tower 3, which has Wifi facility. Room was Clean. It was quite small but Ok for us. Very Good option if you are staying for single night at Genting Highlands. People at Reception were cooperative. Hotel is attached to Malls and every thing. Toilet was small but very clean and good. Since Tower 3 is in center you can not get a room with View.

The checkin is pretty quick, keep your booking number and passport ready, there are auto checkin kiosks in front. Follow the instructions and get your key. The checkin checkout time is 3-11. If you want early checkin or want additional facilities the auto checkin will ask for it, pay additional money and get it done. We didn't opt for breakfast option as it was costly, the breakfast is served at 2nd floor and if you want bf you can go there, pay and have, the menu is mostly Asian non veg cuisine (no Indian food), all the Genting facilities are at walkable distance.. Free shuttle is available every 1hr to visit chin swee Buddhist temple..

The matress and pillow are well comfortable! Good enough for me to fall asleep . The room is kinda small but it is cole enough even I didnt turned on the fan. This is my number one hotel in Genting highland. You can shop at Sky Avenue which is nearby or connected to the Hotel means you dont need grab. I have no regret staying here

Everythings is wonderful.except no wiifii in the room even i had purchased the wifii at the counter .i can only used it at the lobby. Dont bother to buy it.Even after i purchased a simcard from the shopping mall ,poor connection in the room too.U juz need to go dwn to the Lobby to get the connection. HUNGRY head dwn to the 24hrs stall One Meter Teh.Only place u can get hot drinks during early wee hrs. Free bus to the temple.if the Q super long.be prepare to wait for the next bus for another 1hr .So juz hop to the cable car if u miss the bus.

Firstly, I've considered price per night to stay was quite burdening to pay, as USD48, for viewpoint to travel alone by myself. Overall main public facilities, however, were connected with this hotel, such as skypotronolis amusement theme park, sky way cable cars, sky casino and Ching Sui Sween temple to go to have tour within short times. I want to give most solo tourists in Genting Highland to come to stay in this hotel, at least per one night, as this place is highly highly greater than what we've expected before to go.

Gondola ride was fast & scenic. Efficient staff. Clean room. Excellent service from staff. Plenty of nice food. Casino was smoky. Lists of entertainment & food outlets. Lots of shops to get clothes.. sad part is outdoor theme park is not ready. Cheap bus ride to & from KL. Truly a city of entertainment. Very well done Genting! A must visit place in Malaysia.

Easy with self check in system”
Been here after a long time. Easy with the kiosk system to check in and check out. Although the room is quite small but still comfortable. Everything is nearby, you just need to walk here and there for food, shopping, clubbing even gambling!

A very good location that connects to sky avenue, outdoor theme park and many others. Although small room, it's comfortable for us to sleep. We understand that the rooms are small as they want to accommodate more tourists. Not a big deal for us.

Overall the hotel is good in terms of cleanliness and best location located. The only thing is I choose queen bed/large bed instead of twin bed. I been booking queen bed through Agoda few times, every time still giving me the twin bed instead of queen bed.

Good place . All facilities are good, cleanliness, fun and safe Except for the reception counter is slow, waited half hour for my turn. But all is good. Looking forward for my next trip, when outdoor theme park open.

Best getaway for family with kids”
Went there on May 2022, 2 adult 2 kids. Price for Outdoor ride was a bit pricey but it was worth it. Went as early as possible to get less queue, managed to get rides with less hassle for first few hours. Using the Virtual queue is also quite easy. Staff was super helpful always serve with a smile. Luckily the weather was ok, temperature was being nice to us. Would plan a the same trip again.
