Hi I am writing to extend my compliments to the staffs at RWS and I want to shout out to our Butler Mr Willy for leaving us with unforgettable memories for this special occasion. Upon check in Mr Willy approach me to help me with my many luggage. As I'm planning a proposal I brought many decorations , I got a giant bouquet of sunflowers, macaroons were delivered earlier then my arrival. RWS handles my collections and deliver the items to my requested room swiftly. As compare to other hotel in my experience I got rejection from the reception to accept the delivery as I have not check in and the poor delivery guy have to wait until all is sort out then he can carry on with his deliveries. Once Mr Willy buggy me to my room, I was brought to a room tour by him. He showed me around and is very informative. He told me that if I need a buggy ride I could call this number. I felt very luxurious and well taken care off. He even took care of our breakfast , queries, picking up my guest from lobby to our room. Thank you for being part of my important day. You really can't complain trust me . As its a stay for a couple I feel everything really meets and even exceed our expectations. If I must find fault it will be the closure of forest restaurant and thats it. We feel very pampered. In a romantic place like sentosa In a romantic under water room She said yes. Thank you rws for being with me through my important occasion. After this I need to check out and check in to equarius hotel. I found out that they actually notice my reservation and have set a room with perfect view up for me. So there's no hassle to check in for me , I just collect my new room key and set off excitedly to equarius. Im leaving a review in equarius separately. Thank you RWS. Constantly following up with me checking out if there's anything you can help. Keeping me updated and setting aside that specially assigned room for me.

Ocean suites”
Firstly counter staffs were abit rude. I asked if i was able to request for a late check out but this staff (couldn't rmb her name) brushed me off immediately. I think this can be improved. The butler team was superb. Especially William and his partner who assisted us on 24th September night. They were very polite and friendly. William was very careful while driving us around with the buggy. He kept looking out for our child and drived slowly. 👍🏼

Wonderful stay with fishes ”
Dear Andrew Thank you for the sweet arrangements and the Champagne on such short notice, making my husband and Mine wedding anniversary very memorable. Very surprised and appreciate the effort. The room view of ocean suite is astonishing, friends under the water were friendly, butler service was on point. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Would definitely recommend people to come here at least once.

A night with the fishes”
Fantastic experience to have sleep with the fishes. Kids were reluctantly to blink their eyes. My boy had an unforgettable birthday celebration. Suggest the hotel to provide more information about where to check in during the booking communication. We were having difficulty to find the hotel reception and only at last knowing that they share the check in counter with Equarius hotel.

It was a nice place to unwind and relax,taking a break.a big shout out to staff Mr Andrew and Mr Willy for attending to my son who had a small cut while swimming.A big thanks to them for helping out and being genuinely concerned. Not forgetting duty manager Mr Vijayan for being hospitable and someone nice to chat with. I would highly recommend the team for the wonderful experience.

Best birthday staycation!”
Booked the hotel for my son and husband’s birthday on 14 June 2022, (yes they share the same day!) and we totally had a blast! The room was huge, awesome butler service and the buggy that conveniently chauffeured us around RWS was great when you have young children in tow. My 5 year old son totally love the pool access and private jacuzzi that he refused to head out at all! Glad we ordered the in-room dining even though we had to pick out vegetarian breakfast as they do not have any Halal option. Great service recovery by their thoughtful staff when they surprised us with a complimentary breakfast instead. We had the meal outside, facing the pool, while our 5yo continue his water adventure in the jacuzzi! Awesome ambience. Felt like we were in a resort, away from Singapore.

Good for Family staycation”
Celebrating Hubby's Birthday for tbis stay. A private place suitable for family of 5 like us with little 3 kids below 9yrs. 1 bathtub, a lovely view in the bedroom, a private jacuzzi,2 bathroom, free wifi & a service butler. Service is great & check-out its easier where i just have to pass the room keys to the butler who assist us instead of chasing time to check out & going to the guest counter. To me, this worth every penny you spend.

Amazing!!”
This was definitely a completely different experience from any hotel stay my husband or I have done. To have your own private aquarium view is an exceptional experience! We booked a dinner reservation at Ocean Restaurant to maximize our "all-day aquarium" occasion -- it was really nice to have it be walking distance from our room, and to get a different view of the fish we've already become familiar with. A special shoutout to our butler(?), Willy, who was super attentive, professional, and accommodating, and made our stay feel more special. One thing that I'll mention is while our hotel room was clean, it felt a little outdated (perhaps it was the room decor - we stayed in Room# 908, which unless you're into hot pink/fuchsia & gothic style, we don't recommend requesting it, lol. Might be fun for a photo session! Supposedly, it has one of the better aquarium views, since it's one of the center rooms). Otherwise, the hotel's overall decor was zen-inspired and felt peaceful. We felt well-cared for by the staff. Highly recommended as a bucket list item!
