"We got a noisy room no. 20 (in front of busy road starting 6am) Dont take it. the door was not tight you could see through and let noise in the fridge started humming every 10 min. Next to us were guys Smoking Marihuana and the smell came to us, too. They have better rooms on the other side and the Bungalows around the lake are better."

"All the little “extras” for me as your guest made this place stand out way above the rest! Beautiful holiday decorated lobby, very clean and smelled good. Lovely guest bathroom available in lobby. Ice cold fresh lemon water, fully stocked coffee bar, and ice cream to buy was really great. The gift bag and 2 free waters in the room really made me feel like a special guest and that you cared about me. The 15% off coupon is a great idea and encourages me to come back. All of your staff were pleasant, helpful, nice, and welcoming. Everywhere I went on the grounds it was clean and orderly. This place was above and beyond what I expected as the typical beach hotel. I was also glad that there were no loud college kids parties going on. I am very happy with my stay, will return, and will recommend to others."

"The Gullwing Beach Resort is directly at the beach of Fort Myers Beach. We stayed during the Sand Sculpting World Championship Festival 2011 and had direct access to the Festival. It was busy but really great. We needed the 2 Bedroom Suite because my brother was joining my girlfriend and me. Because the of the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite there was also enough privacy for my girlfriend and me. We can absolutly recommend the Gullwing. "

"T his is an ok place to stay. The room was over air freshened, beds were small, hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable and an average breakfast. Location is great though and other than the smell the hotel and room were clean. Staff was very friendly. It was just ok. "
