Relax and Enjoy your stay at our Newly Renovated Rest House. With its extra ordinary design you'll surely feel how chill this place is. The house will welcome you with a garden where you can just sit, have a coffee and reflect on things. And when the weather gets too hot (especially in Tuguegarao) you can stay inside (Netflix and chill) with its fully airconditioned sala and rooms. The place is great for families and friends having their vacation here in the wonderful City of Tuguegarao.

The RESTHOUSE is located at a place nearby known establishments in Tuguegarao. It's just infront of FL Vargas Nursing Bagay Road Tuguegarao City.
Walking Distance to SM City Tuguegarao , 7/11, Cagayan United Doctors Medical Center (CUDMC Hospital)

3-5mins tricycle ride to Robinsons Tuguegarao
3-5mins tricycle ride to SM Tuguegarao Downtown
3-5mins tricycle ride to Schools like Cagayan High, CSU, St. Paul, St Louis and other schools in the city.

Guests can freely access the entire house. Wifi connection is provided. They can also watch movies (Netflix provided) They can grill foods if they want to and just sit and relax with a garden view

Commuting around tuguegarao is not a problem because we have lots of tricycle and kalesa in the city

Going to the house:
If you're riding a tricycle just tell the driver to drop you at "Vargas Nursing Bagay Road" and just walk inside the street (Zinia St.) infront of Vargas Nursing and you'll see the house.

If you have a private car there's no problem because the house has its own private parking garage. Just Waze "FL Vargas College Caritan Campus" and enter the street (Zinia St.) just infront of it then you'll see the house

1. No smoking inside the house. If violated you will be charged. There will be a designated smoking area outside. A trashcan will be provided on the smoking area. Please don't throw cigarette butts anywhere. 2. Drinking alcohol is allowed inside the house but please be a responsible drinker. If you plan to drink outside please minimize the noise to give courtesy to our neighbors especially during late hours of the night. 3. Please turn off the lights, aircondition and CR heater if not in used. But don't turn off the refrigerator upon check-out 4. Please close the doors especially if the aircondition is turned on and always close the gate upon entering for security purposes. 5. If you will be cooking please open the kitchen door or the small window just beside the burner for the smoke to come out. 6. As much as possible eating and drinking inside the bedroom is prohibited to avoid stains on the sheets. 7. Lastly if you break or damage anything a fee will be charged upon check-out. This is our 2nd stay at the Resthouse and once again it was an utterly enjoyable stay. House and garden surrounds are completely clean and 'child friendly', so with our 3 children we did not have to worry about injuries or 'dirtiness' (more than usual LOL). Bedding is adequate, except the blanket in the main bedroom, it is a single size blanket and therefore only one person is able to use it. Availability of wifi and Netflix is a great addition and our little 'monsters' where never bored, either using their cellphones or watching child programs on Netflix. Location is also now further enhanced by the opening of the SM CIty Mall which is only a 10 minute walk away, no need for tricy or taxi going there, might need one when going back with all you shopping. If you need somewhere to stay in Tuguegarao, look no further, for the price and location it's the best out there and I can say this with convidence as we visit Tuguegarao every 2-4 months for our 'shopping trip' to buy things not available locally (we live 3 hours away in the mountains) and some of the 'hotels' here in Tuguegarao are not much more than 'closets' with beds in them. TL:DR - best available in Tuguegarao.
