Good Choice”
It is my first time booking online, though a bit hesitant, I find Haven and gardens Hotel a perfect choice. It has a good location - near the airport. Though our room is in the 3rd floor and no lift, it was the least of our concern. The room itself is clean and spacious. The staff could have been friendlier and accommodating - the reception I mean. But there's always a room for improvement. Sp. thanks to the room boys who assisted us, sorry haven't taken their names.

We were not able to stay in reynas during our booking period april 9 2016.though our booking was confirmed we were dismayed that upon our arrival to the hotel it was fully book and we were not accomodated and were transferred to an appartelle. In fairness,the said apartelle is good enough but we wasted our time waiting and transferring to other place for accomodation.

Great hotel for solo and group travelers”
We have reserved 4 double deluxe rooms. The two rooms have windows and the last two does not have windows. All with great bathrooms. The breakfast was nice. Rooms without windows are great for those who wants to sleep during the day. The place is accessible. I recommend requesting a room located right side facing the hotel. Agoda gave us a much cheaper rate than the rates from the hotel. Do not expect expensive bath towels and etc. The hotel gave us what we just need (bath towel,shampoo and soap).

We stayed here quickly before catching a flight out of Tagbilaran. The hotel seems quite nice from the outside and the room was okay. The shower filled the bathroom with water as it was pretty poorly designed, but not a big issue. The TV didn't work either. The main thing was the weirdness of the staff. It seemed like they had all started working there that day and had no idea what was going on. The restaurant took ages to cook really basic food and when I asked for 2 bottles of water from reception they took my money, spent ages looking and only found one in the end, and then didn't seem to want to give it to me. None of this really tainted my stay, but it was just bemusing and made me laugh. You can walk to the airport, only takes 10 minutes or so. Town is a 30min walk or a 20peso tricycle.

I like the staff they will provide you the things you need. Clean rooms ang if you have problem in the room they will attend immediately to your complains. I recommend the hotel to anyone.

Under expansion”
The hotel is under expansion. Hence, if you want to sleep in a little longer in the morning, you will be unsuccessful since the workers and their machineries will start rumbling. The outside area is quite dusty but the staff will clean it every so often. The conference/events room is always fully book so that the ground floor lobby is always busy, nevertheless the staff are attentive to your needs. There was a bit of hitch in the check in because they failed to anticipate our arrival but they made up for it by 'upgrading' our room to a room with window (our room initially has no window). Breakfast is ready at 7:30am and you have the option for it to be delivered to your room or you pick it up yourself.

Even though you have to ask for the shampoo and soap in the bathroom but the overall stay was worth the price. I will certainly be staying here again.

Cheap price - cheap quality, it's only fair”
I only stayed one night. Its quite ok. I don't expect much if i don't pay much. The breakfast is soso but at least you don't have to leave hungry. Just don't expect a big variety. I slept well there because i like to lay a bit harder, if you like to sink down in your bed you might feel uncomfortable. No mosquitos in room Stuff had trouble with our check in, we already booked and payed but we were able to fix. Totally ok for a 2-star hotel even if i wouldnt spend a week or something.

Not hot water, very thin pillows, and the breakfast was very difficult to get. Rooms and restaurant very dimly lighted. Only saw one roach in the room.

disgusting hotel”
poor is an understatement. starting with the ride which is just 2 minutes, its like 2 hours because of the road which is worse than the holes in the moom. receptionist (may 4,2014 at 3 pm) is opposite of the title, he is not receptive, he is practially implying, "go away", he will not ask until you ask even if you are already in front of him and you need to ask if the room is ready after 15 minutes or more of waiting what is the next thing to do. the building should be condemned because construction on going with no warning signs, dirty pavements, floors. inside the room, expect the ultimate disgust, dirty, dusty furnitures as in you can write your name with your fingers, bathroom wet & dirty floors (the biggest disappointment), glasses seems like not even washed and dusty again --- should the owner of the hotel see this review, can give you the full details of my disappointment. the hotel really sucks

No window. No hot water. Noisy.”
There was no hot water in the shower and very low pressure. There was also loud music coming from the conference rooms nearby the lobby at 7am in the morning. Couldn't borrow an iron. The only good thing would be the WiFi which was available and working fine. Would not stay there again.
