Just divine, however there is no air conditioning and lots and lots of steps. Also they do not accept overseas credit cards and do not provide reasonable charge for pick up and drop at the local airport. Other than that beautiful, peaceful and just divine place to stay.

Very good. the hotel staff was very helpful and made our break just perfect. They organised everything for in Meghalaya and were very thoughtful... lastly the taxi driver arranged by the hotel ( sushil) was very good, honest and patient with little kids. biggest assets of the hotel the location and staff

The décor was excellent. The food was excellent. The lake view was excellent. It was indeed serenity by the lake. Negatives were the absence of internet ( I had to use the personal hotspot on my iPhone!) and the absence of a fitness centre-but the positives far outweighed the negatives.
