Brilliant hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay at rich hotel, we stayed 2 nights, it was a nice enough room just to relax in after spending the morning on the Mekong. It was in a good area, it wasn't to far from places to eat which was a bonus but was a little bit of a walk to the museum. Also on the plus side it has a lift! We were very happy with our stay here.

I would select a hotel closer to the waterfront and tourist center next time. Nevertheless, the neighborhood felt comfortable, and we felt more like locals than tourists. Interesting walk past the big central market to get to the tourist center.

Very satisfied with the promotional price for this hotel. Staff were very good and the room was excellent.Recommended for the budget traveller.

The room was okay for just one night”

We were aware that we booked a room with no window; however, weren't expecting such a smelly room due to mould. The mould was covering parts of the walls and the ceiling. Otherwise, room is clean. The hotel experienced power outaged but fortunately had a generator available - Internet was extremely slow and could only be accessed from certain parts in the room. Staff was very friendly and helped us organise our onward bus journey.

Only negative was that our room 405 smelt damp and musty, but apart from that everything was good. Lovely big comfortable bed and good air con. Simple basic hotel with limited ammeneties but pleasant helpful staff.

I had no problems at the hotel, the room was good except fort the bathroom which was very strangely designed and small. Internet was good, I would stay there again.

Hotel represents excellent value for money although it is a 15-minute walk to the quayside.

I came here before with very big twin room, but now still same price, the room was smaller. Anyway, i am satisfy with this hotel.

Budget hotel near restaurants”

Very pleasant. Room was well equipped and bathroom was quite nice. It was very good value for money and I would not hesitate to stay again. The three stars was a little bit of a let down. The standard was more like 2 stars. But overall for the money it was very acceptable.

Old hotel, musty, big rooms”

The staff speaks little English. The first room they gave us was nice, but it didn't have a bathub as advertised. The 2nd room had a bathtub, but was old and musty and the internet didn't work well. It was ok, but I wouldn't stay there again. Agoda lists it as being much more expensive than it really is, the "discount" is pretty much the same as the listed price.

No Windows,no english,no breakfast,no internet and in the evening everynight river grows and is impossible to go out! Never again!

Les chambres sont grandes mais vieillottes et la salle de bain était très spartiate! Le personnel bien que sympathique parle mal anglais. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et entre temps le ménage n'a pas été faite
