Highly accessible neat hotel ”
The location of Richmond hotel is highly accessible to shopping malls, restaurants and express bus. It only takes 5 mins walk to everywhere. The room is clean And well equipped with daily essentials. During my stay i tried both twin beds room and double beds room. The beds are really comfortable to sleep on yet the soze of double bed is a bit small. I would recommend to take twin beds room if possible as the beds are in much bigger size. The receptionist are helpful and polite to provide informations about the facilities nearby. To sum up, we had a good stay in this hotel.

Good location with lots of restaurants nearby, Lawson in 15 metres, 7-11 in 30 metres and a local supermarket in 150 metres. The City Aquarium, Dolphin port and ferry pier to Sakurajima are within 10 minutes walk! All the staff are helpful and willing to help and remember to buy the City Aquarium with the front desk @ ¥1200 versus the official price of ¥1500

Staff were very polite and helpful in answering our queries. We stayed in a non-smoking twin room and it was rather spacious as compared to the average hotel room in Japan. The hotel was just a minute walk away from the temonkan tram station and conveniently located within the temonkan shopping street. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great location, reasonable price and tasty breakfast”
The hotel location is right in the heart of the commercial area, just 1 minutes walk from the Tenmonkan tram station. The shopping street is just downstairs, you can get everything you want with within a few minutes and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant offered 4 choices of semi buffet breakfast, including the Kagoshima famous roasted Kurobuta rice, it was so tasty. Staff were friendly, room was clean and reasonably priced. Would recommend it to friends.

Great Location, Nice Breakfast, Comfy Stay”
Hotel located in the center of shopping street. Only a couple of minutes away from tram station, few minutes away from gourmet street, so it's very convenience. The room size is Japan standard. The bed is ok. Staffs are helpful with a great deal of service mind. We love their breakfast which is very yummy and differ from other hotels. We'll stay here again if we go to Kagoshima.

Great experience to stay. Room size is normal, not really big. But that's fine for couple. Staff are nice and reply email in short. Super good location,one min to Lawson and drug shop. 5mins to airport express bus stop. Breakfast is tasty. Room cleaning well. Recommend to stay if having short trip in Kagoshima.

Nice hotel with heart”
We requested non-smoking room if possible, though hotel returned message saying they can't offer as they were fully booked; yet when we arrived we got non-smoking room eventually. Which proves they really remember the customer needs and try their best to help.

The Hollywood twin room was big enough, and the hotel is just right in the middle of town. If you stay a few nights, a day trip to Chiran is a must.

Pros: lovely hotel, clean with modern decor and comfy beds, near lots of eateries, no step up to bathroom unlike cheaper hotels, great freshly cooked breakfast chosen from set menu, 24h parking Y1000 around the corner, and can come and go with car Cons: so hard to find tucked away on a side lane, sign for hotel obscure. Big hint, enter into gps the hotel’s car park: Masago Parking and for hotel head left then, Turn left in the first small laneway, about 10 meters away, 2 mins walk

Wonderful. Love the compact n well arranged room. Though in a mall, it was not noisy at all. Great idea to give out coffee as needed. Also face mask, n bath salts. Also close to the Sakurajima ferry terminal.
