Can't beat it in Narita ”
Always nice to stay here. Clean and super comfortable. Great mattresses and bedding. A/C works in room, even in winter, if you choose. Not all hotels here have that, leaving you to open windows, assuming that they open. Super close to both JR and Keisei Line train stations and lots of good dining choices only a few minutes walk away. 2 Supermarkets within 5 minute walk for in room anything's. I've stayed at 7 different airport properties in Narita, but this is definitely my preferred choice.

Great place to overnight before flying”
The hotel was well located, clean, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was great. The free transfer to the airport was easy and efficient and really helpful. Narita itself is nice for a day/evening. The temple is great and the old Street is attractive. There’s a great jazz bar (Cloud 9) which makes for an enjoyable night out.

Lovely Property”
We stayed here for a one night stopover enroute back home via Narita airport. The location is great, the staff is great and the property has paid a lot of attention to detail with the amenities as well as a clean and pleasing in-room experience. The Hotel is located very close to the train station and bus stop and the free shuttle to the airport is just perfect!

Exceptional”
This stay wasn't a comfortable stay. Initially, I checked in to room 806, the queen size bed sink in the center and my hubby couldn't sleep well for 2 nights and I requested for a change of room. I asked if there is a room available for a change and how much is the difference in cost and do I have to pay for the difference just in case the available room is of higher category. Paying the difference is fine but it is due to the sunken bed. I was changed to room 916 and it was near to the elevator and this time is the noise that sip through the door. When the night gets quiet after midnight, we can hear the noise and that disturb our sleep. We had a very tired trip.

We stayed here few more times in the past. This hotel is very clean, and staffs are very nice. This hotel is near Narita station, it is convenient to eat, and shop. However, only downfall is this place does not offer airport shuttle frequently, so either you will need to take shuttle in the morning to get to the airport. And, if you are taking a train from Narita station, it is close but going up and down to/from the station is not as convenient. For the price, this hotel is recommended for sure. If you are familiar with Narita station, there won't be much hassles getting to/from.

A few steps from the Narite train station (both JR and Keisha Line(spelling?)) many places to eat around the hotel. The rooms are smallish but very comfortable and the staff are very courteous and friendly. It's a bit far to other locations in Tokyo about 1 hour on the rails. however if you are flying our of Narita, they offer free shuttle and since there are many places to eat, its a great "Home base" to travel around. Stayed there 3 night and was very comfortable.

Read review s of hotels at the airport and they weren’t glowing but found this hotel which although wasn’t at the airport was close enough. Check in was quick, price was good, room was a good size, rugby was on, and an hourly free shuttle bus in the morning.

Stayed here for one night before an early flight. We booked the earliest free shuttle bus to the airport to arrive at 7am. The room was not to small and had everything you needed. Only a short walk from train station, and a short walk to a road with many restaurants for dinner.

Conveniently located by Narita Station and a short walk through station to a few restaurants, convenience stores, banks. 7-Eleven is about 10-minute walk for ATM that charges 1.08% handling fee. Free morning shuttle bus to airport is handy.

Pleasant stay”
Quick overnight stop. Very convenient and next to station ( Narita ). For one person the room is ample size....... but for two might be a squeeze if staying for a few nights . Double and single actually the same except the single room you only get one towel , double two. Room clean and amenities provided. Would I stay again ? Absolutely !!
